This little one-shot was inspired by something I read on FaceBook
Kurenai walked up to Kakashi, she had feelings for the man, but couldn't bottle them up anymore. She found him under a cherry tree by the park taking a nap
Well...here goes.., she thought as she approached the sleeping jonin and woke him up
"Huh? Oh...Kurenai, what brings you here?" he asked sleepily
"Well...I...can I ask you some questions?" she replied nervously
"Sure" he said as he sat upright and began listening to her
"Um...d-do you think...I'm pretty?"
"...No"
What?!, she thought sadly, she felt like crying but continued talking to him
"Do you...want to stay with me...forever?"
"...No"
Again?, she thought, almost tearing up, but again continued
"If I walked away...would you cry?"
"...No"
That's it...I've heard enough!, she thought as she cried lightly and started to walk away, but Kakashi stopped her and grabbed her wrist
"You don't get it...do you?" he asked her
"What do you mean?"
"I don't think you're pretty...I think you're...beautiful" he said as he came closer to her and wiped away her tears with his thumb
"I don't want to stay with you forever...I NEED to stay forever" he said again as he took off his mask, revealing his face to her
"And I wouldn't cry if you walked away...I'd die" and with that said, he finished off with a soft kiss on her lips
I love you, they both thought as they enjoyed their moment
