A/N: I just finished watching Angel Beats and I was sobbing for the LONGEST TIME. Then I looked up and said, "I have an idea!" and my mom, who was watching it with me said, "What is it?" and I said, "I'll write a sequel! I'll write a sequel for Angel Beats!" and now I'm writing this while my mom is right behind me probably reading this over my shoulder. I hope you like this m8s! And I probably spelled their names wrong oops.

ALSO! If you have NOT seen/finished watching Angel Beats but you plan to I HIGHLY SUGGEST that you do NOT read this until you finish Angel Beats because this fic obviously contains MAJOR spoilers!

Otonashi was walking down the busy streets in Tokyo. Then he heard a very familiar tune and did a double take, then saw her...

Kanare...

She started walking away and then he ran after her, holding his hand out and getting closer and closer until his fingertips lightly touched her shoulder. She turned around.

"Hmm?" she murmured while turning around to look at him. Tears were in his eyes.

"Sir, are you alright? You're crying..." she looked at him with those familiar yellow eyes.

"Y-you don't remember?" he asked.

"Remember what?" she tilted her head to the side slightly.

Otonashi wanted to scream. He had been searching for her and the others all his damn life and he finally found her but she couldn't remember him!

But he couldn't blame her.

"C-come with me. I'll take you to my house." he said.

"Why? For all I know you could be a criminal." Now Otonashi really wanted to scream.

"O-oh, well I don't blame you for thinking that. Of course you wouldn't trust someone," he paused for a split second. "You just met. How about we just go to the park." he gestured towards the nearby park.

"Okay, but I have 911 on speed dial." she told him and he laughed. They then walked to the park and sat down on a bench.

"Do you really not remember?" this time she glared at him slightly.

"I don't know who you are and I don't know what you're talking about." he sighed and looked at the ground.

"M-my name is Otonashi." her eyes widened a bit. Maybe she remembered him after all...?

"That name sounds strangely familiar... now that I think about it, you yourself seem familiar... have we met before, Otonashi?" she asked.

Otonashi didn't know what to do. Should he just pretend they never knew each other and start all over again, or should he try to make her remember?

"...Yes, we have." he hesitated slightly.

"Oh, that makes sense. But I still don't know where." Otonashi looked at the ground again.

"In the afterlife." she jumped back slightly.

"In the afterlife...? But why would we go to the afterlife if we're still alive now? Were we, like, given another chance at life like Riliane Lucifen d'Austriche and Allen Avadonia?" (A/N: Please tell me you got that reference.)

"To put it simply, yes."

Oh God why did I bring any of this up!? If I tell her everything she'll think I'm crazy!

"I'm sorry, Otoashi, but... I can't believe that. You're a really nice guy, and thank you for talking with me, but I need to leave. Goodbye." she stood up to walk away but he grabbed her wrist.

"W-wait." she took his hand away and paid no attention to him as she walked away. He sighed.

Will I ever meet her again? And if I do, can I make her remember?
