Lauren: Thor or Loki?

Darby: Thor.

Lauren: And who?

Darby: Jane.

Lauren: But didn't they-

Darby: Who cares. It says "unleash your imagination".

Lauren: When exactly would they have a kid though...?

Darby: The sooner the better.

Lauren: Wouldn't it be better to have a story set in the present? It's too risky.

Darby: I'm an AUist.

Lauren: I'm not. I like using the world they provide us with. What kind of powers would the kid have anyway?

Darby: She'd be pretty strong. Like her dad.

Lauren: Since when was the kid a 'she?' Anyway, I was thinking that a kid of Loki would not be living a great life.

Darby: Maybe homeless?

Lauren: What happened to the mom? Abandoned? I'm liking this setup more and more. But what about the Thor-kid?

Darby: Oh wait! The Thor-kid would be loved by everyone, but the Loki-kid would be out on the streets! They could have a love-hate relationship!

Lauren: I think the Loki-kid would just be out for blood, but that would make some nice character development. Who's POV though?

Darby: Third-person or switching.

Lauren: Those both seem pretty nice. But I'm still unsure of when this would happen. The future is too risky. Who knows what Thanos will do. And we should stay in Midgard.

Darby: Thor and Loki would still be alive.

Lauren: Don't forget the major character death. We can't be certain, and I don't like gambling.

Darby: Between Ragnarok and the next movie then.

Lauren: Jane can't be the mother. Let's leave that for a future fanfic. Random lady?

Darby: Random lady. Two random ladies. For Loki and Thor.

Lauren: Kid names? Gender?

Darby: Something Odinson, something Laufeyson.

Lauren: Name generator said Corrina and Adrian. I think those are girl names. Two girls so that they mirror each other?

Darby: Wouldn't be bad. Who's who's kid?

Lauren: Not sure.

*few seconds later*

Lauren: *snort* Their names mean that they're the sons of their grandfathers... Let's totally do it.

Disclaimer: Finally! We don't own Marvel, okay?!

"Adrian!"

"FUCK OFF!"

"I knew you were awake."

"I SAID FUCK OFF!" One of Adrian's homeless friends yanked the newspaper off her face to reveal her signature death glare.

He didn't care. "Let's get breakfast."

She arched an eyebrow. "We don't have any money. Or did you pickpocket someone? Finally got the guts, Felix?" The last part sounded slightly hopeful.

"No, it's those charity guys."

Adrian slumped back down and muttered, "Typical."

Felix tugged on her arm. "C'mon, let's get some food."

"No."

"Adrian, did I ever tell you that your pride is absolutely worthless?"

"Seventeen times, not counting this one."

"Then you definitely get the message." Felix dragged Adrian to her feet and all the way to the park, where they were handing out all sorts of food.

Adrian grudgingly allowed Felix to pull her while she dragged her feet until he stopped.

"What?"

"They're blocking the sidewalk." Felix pointed to two large guys, who were currently beating each other to a pulp.

"It's just a turf war. Passing through!" Adrian stepped over the two masses of flesh with her long legs while they froze and stared at her in shock. She looked over her shoulder as Felix scrambled through, and said, "Oh, don't stop. By all means, keep going."

Felix grinned. "It really pays off to put up with your attitude. You've got this untouchable charisma, and I'm not exactly the biggest guy on the block." Adrian ignored him.

At the park, people were handing out clothes and food. Adrian despised those people. To her, it felt like they were mocking the state of the homeless. Something like, We know that our trash is priceless to you. Here, take it. That probably wasn't what the people were thinking, but Adrian couldn't help but feel that way.

A blonde girl with startling electric blue eyes was handing out bread. Felix pulled Adrian over to her and received two loaves.

"Thanks!" He said in his high pitched voice.

"No problem." The girl said. She studied Adrian with mild curiosity. They seemed around the same age, which disgusted Adrian even more. Two girls, one giving bread and the other grudgingly receiving it. It wasn't anywhere close to fair.

"Eat that while it's still warm." The girl said. "It's really cold today." Felix wolfed down his breakfast, but Adrian balanced the bread on her open palm like it was some kind of hideous insect.

The blonde girl was now staring at Adrian like she was some kind of terrifying alien, blue eyes wide with fear and confusion. Adrian raised an eyebrow to say 'What?' But the girl didn't seem to care. She just remained rooted to the spot while the homeless kids walked away and disappeared out of sight.

"Take the damn bread," Adrian grumbled and tossed the plastic-wrapped loaf to Felix.

"Adrian..." Felix's warning didn't matter, Adrian had already pocketed a passing woman's wallet, her hands nearly invisible thanks to years of experience.

Corrina stared in the direction the girl had gone. The girl had sharp green eyes, long dark untidy hair, and an obvious reluctance to receive the bread. But that wasn't what had shocked her. It was that even in the cold air, her breath didn't steam. Corrina had never been good at controlling her expressions, and she had felt her eyes widening.

The girl had arched an eyebrow at seeing Corrina's face, which got rid of all doubts that she had made quite an expression. Corrina continued to hand out bread, but her mind stayed on the dark-haired, green-eyed girl. She met up with her friends at a cafe, but barely made a comment.

"Hey, Corrina! Why the long face?" One of her many friends, Cheryl, bounced up to her. Cheryl had the same dark hair and green eyes as the homeless girl, but the similarities ended there. Cheryl tied her hair in pigtails, wore a pair of thin earrings, and had a light blue shirt covered in bunnies. The white miniskirt, black leggings, and green sneakers completed Cheryl's bubbly, friendly, and cheerful image. The homeless girl had the air of a poisonous viper, ready to strike at a moment's notice. The black jeans and green shirt with snakes stamped all over it made Corrina think that the homeless girl would hide in the shadows of her bulky jacket, and snap up a bunny like Cheryl with little to no hesitation.

"Come oooooon, why are you so quiet? Did that charity wear you down?" Cheryl asked. "I told you over and ooooover, seeing those people can't be good for anyone's sanity!"

"Cheryl, I never understood why you say that, but I'm not stopping with the charity. They need us!" Corrina said cheerfully, poking Cheryl in the shoulder.

Another one of Corrina's friends, Roxanne, grinned. "She's right, Cheryl. You gotta be more... righteous? How should I put it?"

"Ha, ha. You just wanna use that word so that you can sound like Captain America." Cheryl joked. "Wasn't he your favorite? Sorry, but he's a war criminal now."

"I know that! Don't remind me, Ms. I-Love-Iron-Man!"

Cheryl and Roxanne started an argument, and Corrina laughed. Sure, she was the only one who actually knew that she was the daughter of Thor, but hey, who cares? Her mother hadn't even been surprised when he and the woman called Jane Foster started a relationship, and even less surprised when they broke up. Apparently Thor was like that. It was just very funny, hearing people talk about their favorite Avenger when she was actually the kid of one.

The next day, Corrina saw the strange homeless girl again. She squinted to see the dark-haired girl across the street, and couldn't help but notice that her breath didn't steam. Everyone else was practically spewing fog, so the difference was clear, even across the street.

Corrina would have thought more about this, if a passing car hadn't crashed.

The shiny vehicle had suddenly sped up and rammed into a wall while narrowly avoiding people on the sidewalk. Corrina stood up, and so did many others. They all came running, but stayed at least two meters away from the wreckage. Someone must've called an ambulance, because before Corrina knew it, a body was being pulled out of the vehicle. She couldn't tell if he was dead or alive.

Clink. A small, shiny, something fell from the unconscious(Corrina decided to label him unconscious) man's hand. Before she could register what it was, someone had scooped it up. The someone was a gangster, somebody most people didn't dare cross. He grinned and pocketed the object.

The strange homeless girl's eyes followed the gangster. Her expression was unreadable, unlike Corrina, who's emotions appeared on her face as if it was a screen.

"That. Was. Terrifying!" Roxanne said. She had recovered from the shock, and was back to her talkative self. "What d'you think happened to that guy? Did he die?"

"Honestly, I'm not sure I wanna know." Corrina said truthfully.

"He looked kinda familiar," Roxanne said like she had put a lot of thought into it. She sipped her hot chocolate, and nearly spilled it all over herself, being clumsy, thoughtful, Roxanne.

"I hope he wasn't anyone you knew." Corrina said.

"I doubt it. He looked pretty old. I don't know a lot of old guys." Roxanne said simply. She sunk back into her thoughts, which was the only thing that made her quiet, which Corrina was grateful for. She needed the quiet to think.

Said quiet didn't last long, thanks to Cheryl. "Yeah, but that was gross! Like, he was covered in blood! That car was nice though... Pity."

"That guy is either dead or more than halfway there, and you're talking about the car? Get your priorities straight!" Roxanne snapped.

Adrian snatched the newspaper she had been covering her face with the previous night. There was no doubt about it, the man who had crashed his car was on one of the articles. Perfectly styled hair, a wide grin on his round face, Adrian could make out the lottery winner with ease.

"Blessing in disguise my ass. More like a curse in disguise." She cast aside the newspaper, not wanting to know its contents, and started to glow green. Within seconds, there was a black cat scurrying out of the alley, looking like a harmless stray. Adrian needed advice, and her cat form was the best at getting it.

Lauren: Who's hyped for Black Panther and Infinity War? I know I am! Anyway, Corrina is Thor's daughter, and Adrian is Loki's daughter. Both have slightly watered-down versions of their parents' powers which will be coming into play a LOT. Or, that's what I hope, anyway. They're not OP. I can promise that.

Darby: This chapter was Lauren's work, so the next will be mine. Expect some minor differences. I'll try not to be an asshole, Lauren.

Lauren: Say that to the readers.
