Set-chan…

Where are you? Are you all right? Are you safe? Come back… come back please, I feel so empty without you, I worry endlessly about you. I need you… I want you, I feel so incomplete without you.

Set-chan, are you thinking the same thing?

Do you feel the same as I do? Do you feel as though you're lost? Do you feel as though the whole world is laughing at you, in your own utter helplessness without your beloved by your side? I miss you Se-chan… so please come back to me.

"Heh heh, it's unusual to see you so dejected, Konoka-dono" Kaede, is protecting me now… but I still miss your reassuring presence beside me.

"Wha? No! I'm not dejected…!" Kaede shouldn't know what I'm feeling; I don't want her to carry the burden of my thoughts and feelings.

"G—OD! CHEER UP ALREADY!" That voice, it sounds familiar like that boisterous, tough, roommate of mine.

"Huh?" Could Kaede be thinking the same thing?

Their bickering came closer and their voices that much achingly familiar. Is this someone's sick sense of humor or is this real? Is my beloved only steps away?

Raven hair came into my view, everything disappeared.

I looked once again in dark chocolate eyes; I took in the unique hairstyle of the person in front of me including the familiar scent of cherry blossoms wafting in the air.

"Ojou- Kono.." I paid no notice to the liquid pooling in her eye's because those words erased all doubt from my mind, this was my one, my only.

"SET-CHAAAAN!" I embraced her, embraced her with every fiber in my being, my other half was with me again, I am finally complete once again. Happiness filled my system as tears started to pour out in joy. " SET-CHAN! SET-CHAN! I MISSED YOU SO MUCH!"

Her face was heating up against mine forming that all too familiar blush, I couldn't help but kiss my cute Set-chan on the cheek. It was only then that I noticed Asuna's presence; I left Set-chan's arms to hug my best friend.

"Asuna too! Oh thank goodness!" I hugged her as hard as I could, holding on to her as if she would disappear along with Set-chan.

"Hey, hey! Konoka, calm down!" Okay I admit, if Set-chan is real then Asuna is too but I can't really contain my joy. Letting go of her I reclaim my hold on Set-chan as close as I can now. I don't want her to disappear again do I?

"In any case, THE NEGIMA CLUB IS UP TO 4 PEOPLE, NOW!"

Wanting to know what they had been I asked Asuna what they had been up to and vice versa, seeing Set-chan with Kaede, I put one hand on her shoulder as Asuna proclaimed what would be the start our next adventure.

"All right! Just one thing left!! Meet up with Negi and the others!!"

Before we started moving again I gazed fondly at Set-chan, thinking only one thing.

We meet again my beloved.
