Stan knew it was a bad idea.
He really did.
He just didn't want to be alone after breaking up with her.
Again.
So he did what he always did.
Only it was different this time.
You see, he had invited her over in hopes of patching things up; they had been in a bad rut. The whole Marsh household was fixed up to a French theme. He was hoping to surprise her with his romantic side and that she would throw herself at him.
It didn't work.
Which brings us back to his 'bad idea.'
He called him, invited him over; telling him that he needed some input, and played along with his reason until he asked questions.
Then, after a small argument, he spilled.
It wasn't as bad as he thought and he did get some good 'rebound' couch time out of it.

And so, I come back with more crappy one-shots.
Ugh, my foot in twitching crazily right now, like it does when I colour, and it's bothering the fuck outa me.
