(A/N): Yay! Another gameverse fic! Hooray!
Anyway, this is based off of the fact that with the Infinite Health cheat turned on, you can actually kick the rats, hedgehog-things and bugs to death. Right around four or five, I'm pretty sure… haven't played it in a while :P
However, you die when you don't have the cheat on, assuming there are loads of the things, because when you're kicking one to death, four or five others are biting you all over.
I just got an idea for another gameverse fic! I'm so cruel! XD
Part of the reason that I wrote this is because I noticed that there are pitifully few Angst fics for Coraline. Even fewer than there are tragedies. No, that wouldn't happen to be because I've written, oh, twenty or so tragedy fics...
THE LAST RAT
I kept kicking the rat, over and over, until it finally suffered enough damage to fall over and die.
Each time I attacked one of them, I would imagine it was her. The winner of this sick game she made me play.
I would kick all the harder.
The beasts saw me as an Other now, because of my new eyes, and thus didn't attack me. That way, I had an advantage of a surprise attack. I would start the fight. I wanted to kill every single last one of her red-eyed, yellow-toothed servants, and I wanted her to feel every blow of pain they felt, every death they died. I wanted her to feel all the pain I felt.
I had chosen the snowglobe. Why couldn't I have won? Why couldn't I have gone home? Oh, yeah. The Beldam is a bitch. Almost forgot.
It really was too bad that my 'Buddies for the Afterlife' couldn't have given me any help when we played. After the Cat died and I was as good as dead, I came out here to kick the shit out of the rats and the other monster-spies she had.
It usually took me five kicks to kill one of them. I just took out a hedgehog thing in four.
And now I'm approaching another rat. I think it's the last one.
Time to die, I think to it.
But the rat is spared, because I fall over before I can begin to kick it.
(A/N): Did you like it?
You should have.
For those of you that may be following Conversations Involving a Notebook… read it again… hehehe…
