Chapter: Fear

The monster before her was enormous, and engulfed her entire heart in fear. She didn't want to look at it anymore, but with the hound's enormous, blazing red eyes, she couldn't help but want to feel the savage rage it itself was feeling.

Her hand was already bleeding, and so was her feet from hitting sharp rocks while she was attempting to flee.

Her bare feet suddenly crumbled against an invisible force, and forced her down to the unprotected knees.

Small stings invaded her knobby knees, however, Olivia did not care. She was completely entrance with the slitted pupils of the raging red eyeballs, slightly covered with coal black and shaggy fur.

Olivia finally blinked her own golden eyes, and the sense of tensed calmness dissipated, making the monster growl a loud roar that held all of it's fury.

The unprotected girl also snapped out of her trance, and then she let out of scream.

High-pitched and full of fear, tears started sapping out of her eyes.

This was it. Olivia was going to die, wasn't she?

She had always feared death to it's fullest extent, and now she was staring at it.

She felt no courage flicker in her heart.

When her scream came to an end, it was simultaneous with one of the gigantic canine in front of her.

Golden eyes suddenly rolled to the back of her head, and then her whole body collapsed face-first.

Olivia was unconscious though. Her face would not feel pain during it's unnatural sleeping state.

But still, her heart raced with the same feeling of terror and panic.
