Dear Sylphiel,
I know I've never written to you before, and, because I forget everything, I'll probably forget to write you again. I am sorry you can't make it to our wedding, Lina had so looked forward to you coming, but I understand why you feel you can't.
I'm sorry, but it was never meant to be. It was fated from the beginning. You saved my life that day, and helped me get back on me feet, to which I am forever grateful. (I love your food!) I'm sorry I didn't see it sooner and I hope you can find happiness. I'm sorry it wasn't me.
I have a confession to make. I could see the jealousy between you and Lina, but I always overlooked it and included you because I thought things and emotions would work out between you. I should have something sooner, but I already let Lina pummel me for it, so you don't have to worry.
Don't get me wrong, I value your friendship, and always will, but I can't work something out that doesn't work already.
