Memorable Marmoreal Marble Memorials (try saying that 5 times fast…)
Well, that's not the title of this poem, but it's pretty close :D This has no real meaning- I actually don't understand some of it xD the meter is off a bit, too.
"Marmoreal's Marble Hearts"
Marmoreal holds many secrets
Some are happy, others sad
But not all of them
Are truly too bad
One secret is the Knowledge
Like that the Queen has
Blah, blah- everyone wants it
And all that jazz
Yet another is the doors
They change destination
They change all the time
The change without hesitation
One more secret is its past
Marmoreal's marble hearts
Have been here just as long
As its marble parts
Those hearts ended up so cold
So sad, so lonely
All of them still think
If only…
The most heard of pair
Was of the Queen and the Hatter
They thought they could love
And nothing would matter
Well, they were wrong
So very, very off
The man who threw their love away
Was this man, Mr. McGroff
He wasn't well liked
In fact, he was hated
He said that the Hatter
Ought to be sedated
The Queen grew angry
She avoided the man
She said she'd do
The best that she can
But McGroff spread rumors
Their relationship grew tense
After some time
It made no sense
McGroff had confused them
Oh so very much
The Hatter was so angry
His skin was hot to the touch
He stopped talking to the Queen
Avoided her constantly
But he didn't know it was all lies
She was innocent, in honesty
The Queen avoided him as well
But she was sad and alone
Her love had left her due to lies
All she had left was her throne
They never really got back together
They were so very messed up
And so they joined the hearts from the passed
Both as angry as a wolf pup
Marmoreal's marble hearts
Continued with no delay
But this time, it was overcome
When the Champion returned one day
She spoke to each one
Of the cold, broken hearts
She got down to the bottom
And examined all parts
She found all the lies
Revealed all the answers
And, very kindly,
Repaired the hearts' fractures
The two were together
After far too long apart
They banished McGroff
And got a new start
So Marmoreal's marble hearts
Overcame the tradition
And continued on loving
Under not one condition
