Desperate in search of a story, brief summary of what I can remember.
Harry potter is sorted into Slytherin, I can't remember but I think he has a brother ?
Hes a water elemental and there's another girl who can use fire- thought it was Elemental Changes but not the story I was looking for, harry is fighter voldermort but this story voldermort destroys London and creates this magical city onto of it. At some point in the story harry and the OC elemental travel to an alternative universe where they meet the cannon harry potter and crew. I remember minor details like Luna gets possessed by some sprit and because this weird powerful witch.
