Tsuna and Kyoya were having an intense make out session, Tsuna was nestled comfortably on Kyoya's lap, lips locked, tongues constantly clashed in the battle for dominance, in which Kyoya always won.
"Seriously, stop that" Byakuran plainly stated as he leaned back, propped up by a wall "we still need to finish this debate you know".
Byakuran's words snapped Tsuna out of his heat-clouded daze as he broke away reluctantly, deciding that the albino had waited long enough.
"You call this a debate?" Tsuna questioned, brow raised slightly.
"Of course it is!"
"So, tell me. Why exactly did you threaten to kill the chef when he forgot your extra strawberry?"
"It's cake, who wouldn't?"
" Byakuran, I'm pretty sure most people wouldn't" Tsuna rebutted, voice laced with finality "I am not going to help you file a lawsuit against the store."
