Joe's POV
It was a regular Sunday evening. I was about to meet up with some friends at the local country club. It were the annual kids weeks. We had to make up some games to entertain the kids during these 5 weeks. It was my 5th year I did this but this year something made it special. As I arrived I made my way to my friends, but someone caught my eye. An overwhelming, beautiful appearance. I was caught off guard.
Everyone got all the explanation they needed and they were divided in groups of six.
Joe got paired up with his friends – Zac & his brother Nick – and the beautiful Demi and her friends Selena and Marissa. They all sat around the table with a root beer, and Joe couldn't keep his eyes from her.
Joe; shouldn't we get to know each other since we'll be like working together for the next 5 weeks?
Zac: ok! let me introduce myself. – in a fake British accent- Hi I'm Zac, I like ponies and tea and I like to take long and hot baths!
The group laughed and Joe was immediately blown away with Demi's laugh.
Joe: well, hello. I'm Joseph Jonas but people call me Joe. I'm 20 and I love music!
Nick: so Adam, tell me, where were you born.
Joe: well Jerry, first of all you know I don't like to be called Adam and second I was born in the same bed as you were,…
Nick: nicely played my brother
Demi: so you guys are brothers huh?
Joe: sadly…yes
Nick: well I love you too broski!
Demi:-laughs-
The group all got to know each other better and then the head monitor came to tell them they still needed to come up with some games.
Selena: ok, I'm really bad at these things, so if you could say your ideas out loud and I will just write them down!
Nick: ok, you are now promoted to our secretary
Selena: thank you ,I'm….. honored..?
Zac: how old are these kids anyway?
Marissa: around 6-7 years.
Zac: -turns to Joe- hey, come up with an idea, they're your age.
Joe: isn't it past your curfew?
Zac: touché!
Demi: I think I got an idea, we could do 'The Olympic Games'!
Nick: omg, yeaaah then I want to be the baseball coach!
Joe: wouldn't you rather be a ballet teacher, that fits so much better
Selena: ok little boys, I'm just going to write Olympic Games down, then later we can decide who plays who.
Nick&Joe: yes m'am!
So the group went on and they all agreed on who they were going to play, they went inside to look for disguise and as the evening continued, all the monitors gathered around the campfire to sing a song and to officially open the Kids Weeks.
After all this everyone went to the youth hostel behind the indoor playground of the country club and they all started to unpack.
Joe; I hope I will survive these 5 weeks with you guys!
Zac: you got the weekends to refill your batteries man!
Nick: I know you'd rather sleep at Demi's.
Joe: - shocked- what, why? Why'd you think that?
Nick: come on , we're not blind, you're totally head over heels for her!
Joe: pssh, what, nooo, psssh, hihi, pssh, nooo
Nick: denial, It's the first phase of love my bro!
Joe: shut up will you!
Nick ooooooooh,
Joe: -gets in his bed- good night toddlers.
Nick: good night lover boy!
Zac: - snores-
Nick&Joe: he sure is a fast sleeper!
They all fell asleep except for Joe, he was still thinking about Demi. Does he really like her? -No, I can't, I mean I've only known her for like maybe 8 hours or so…
and while he's drowning in his thoughts he falls asleep.
Could this really be love at first sight?
