King's Field Chapter 1: The History of Verdite
Many years ago, There was a kingdom that ruled the entire world. This kingdom was known as Hian, witch lasted 400 years. But then the kingdom slowly lost its power. The world was divided into many countries, among them was a small country called Verdite. It was so small that no one else would deal with it.

However Verdite was technology advanced. They learned how to craft weapons out of iron. Because of this the small country's size grew very fast. Verdite was now the most powerful country on its continent. For many years it was at peace. At this point Hyrule was starting out, and for many years the two countries lived in peace.

At this point the great Seth Verdite was born, as well as Princess Zelda and the Hero of Time Link just two years later, and when the three meet... they will change the history of the world.
