A redo of another of my works, but this time it's done with Naruto and Hinata.

Naruto walked down the street, close to where Hinata, Kiba and Shino always hung out. Hinata's heart fluttered. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed them and walked over. "Hey, Kiba, Shino, what's up?"Naruto kneeled and petted Akamaru.

Hinata hid behind her jacket sleeves apalled.

"Eh... nothin' much. Same old, same old. Not a lot of new missions after you got back from Suna," Kiba answered.

"Quite frankly, it's really boring. I think Kurenai-sensei is starting to become more like Kakashi-sensei."

Hinata grumbled and shook her fists gently, still hiding behind them.

Naruto laughed with Kiba, until, "Why don't you ever want to go on a date with me?!?!? How come you never ask me out?!?! Or even TALK to me?!?! Can't you take a HINT?!?!"

Even Shino was like O.O

Naruto stroked his chin, "Hm... maybe a date, would be nice..." He grinned, "Alright, I'll pick you up tomorrow morning, me n' you. Bye, Hinata."

Now, all of Team 8 was like O.O

Hinata sat on her bathroom counter grooming her long, midnight hair endlessly. She wore her best clothes for the long-awaited date that she was anticipating endlessly. Her doorbell rang and it was none other than Naruto Uzumaki. Naruto was dressed in his standard orange and black outfit, which slightly upsetted Hinata.

She took him down the village market streets of Konoha, shopping through the stores, getting hot delicious food for the both of them, and cuddling and talking with her man. She bought him a new nightcap that he had been secretly vying for. At midday, when both of their stomachs were growling in unison, she treated him out to the Haru Restaurant, and he ate twice the amount he usually eats. But, she didn't mind. He talked to her, related with her, told her some lame jokes which she still laughed along, and laughed with her. Hinata was amazed and surprised that the date had turned out really well.

They sat on top of the mountain overlooking the Konoha village, with their legs dangling off a short cliff, holding hands and staring out into the sunset.

"Wow! Everything turned out really better than I had expected. I mean, everything was perfect. But the best part was being with you," He grinned clasically at her.

"I know! I mean…uh… yeah just like I planned," She giggled

She began to lean towards him for a kiss, preparing her lips for a kiss, when Naruto stopped her halfway and said smirking-

"Too bad it's only a dream, Hinata"

POOF!

Hinata woke up, startled and sweating. She wiped her brow, free of sweat, and as her hand traveled downward, she felt a large glob of wet and dry drool, from her mouth. She freaked out and then noticed it was pooling up and waterfalling onto her bed sheet. She pounded her fist on the bedsheet and yelled, "Damnit!!!"

POOF!

"Wha-" Naruto woke up (A/N: this is a chain dream: a dream inside a dream) sweating and panting. He scratched his head and got up to get a cup of ramen. He looked at it groggily, "Someone's poisoning my ramen..." He got back into the bed and sighed, "Weird dream..."

A woman with midnight hair and snowy eyes turned over to look at him, "About what, Naruto-kun?"

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!"

POOF!

"Urghh," Kakashi woke up, clutching his head. "That's it. No more reading Icha Icha before bed."

POOF!

Ichigo Kurosaki woke up, sweating and shivering. He looked around and noticed his comrades were still dead asleep. "What the hell?! I don't even know those people?"
