Alice Frowned as she woke. Her mother was screaming very, very loudly from down stairs. Alice slipped on her dressing gown, knowing full well she would be in trouble for not being properly dressed in front of guests but knowing it would not be very bad because of it being Christmas day. Alice hurried down the twisting stairs and could have screamed at the sight that met her. Standing proudly in front of her mother, who was on the floor after fainting, were the mad hatter, the door mouse, the march hair and the white queen.

"We told you we'd be here for Easter." The march hair laughed manically before collapsing next to her mother.

Alice laughed and shook her head gently. She had missed her friends and was pleased that they had arrived on such a special day.

The mad hatter stepped gracefully over the march hair and Alice's mother before offering his hand to assist the white queen, who politely closed the door against the snow before accepting his help.

"Now, shall we give out presents?" The hatter asked, pulling several small parcels out of his insanely large pocket. Alice smirked as she did the same from her fluffy blue dressing gown. They all laughed before Alice lead them through to her living room, where they all sat on lush arm chairs and exchanged gifts.

"You open yours first, Alice darling." The white queen requested, smiling sweetly.

"Ok." Alice smiled, gently picking up the hatters present. She unwrapped the royal blue bow before peeling off the neon green paper. Inside there was a small Box which held the most beautiful ring Alice had ever had the privilege to look upon. It was a large, bronze coloured base with what seemed to be a blue peacock feather in a glass frame.

"Oh hatter, its beautiful!" Alice exclaimed, hugging her friend. The rest of the morning passed in much the same manner. For all of them it was a very merry Christmas.
