hey guys, I have a new story for you! I actually do this, but not about cops. I do Favorite Person of the Day. And they seem to always turn out as my reviewers, who I love.

Two things:

A few of you have pointed out to me that in my other Castle story, I say that Martha has plans with Chet, but I forgot that he died earlier in the season. So I'm sorry. I just don't get the point of Chet's death, since it doesn't seem to have any significance to cases or anything. But who knows. Maybe it'll become part of a future episode.

I love love love all of my reviewers and all the people that added my stories to favorites! They are all awesome. I was so surprised when I checked my email today and saw that the story I posted yesterday has eight reviews.

Disclaimer: again, I do not own Castle or anything that you recognize.

Oh, and sorry that this is so short. I have an orchestra concert today, so I don't have as much time as other days and I didn't feel like making it longer.

Detective Javier Esposito walked into the precinct. He had just got the results of the DNA test for the samples they found on their vic.

"Hey, Be—where's Beckett, Castle?" he said, addressing the famous mystery writer who was suspiciously trying to hide something.

"I don't know. I was just updating my—" he cut himself off before he could give anything more away. What was he talking about?

"Castle, what were you hiding when I walked in? And why were you updating it?" Esposito asked accusingly.

"Well…um…ah…you can't see it?" It came out as a question.

"Castle. Hand it over," Esposito said, holding his hand out and walking towards him.

"NO YOU CAN'T SEE IT!" Castle tried to keep his precious piece of paper out of Esposito's reach, and failing miserably, because the much quicker detective snatched it out of his hand.

Esposito smoothed his shirt and uncrumpled the paper. My Favorite Cop of the Day Tally it said at the top of the page. Then it went on to list all the people at the precinct. He didn't get a good look at it, though, because Castle yanked it out of his hand.

"So, Castle. Favorite Cop of the Day, huh? Who is it today?" Ryan walked by the door at that moment.

"Who is what today? Most interesting?" he asked.

"Um, nothing," Castle said quickly.

"Well, Castle has a list of his Favorite Cops of the Day. I was wondering who his favorite is today," Esposito said at the same time.

Ryan nodded. "Yeah, Castle. Who is it today?"

Just then Kate Beckett walked in and grabbed the paper out of Castle's hand. "Hmmm. This is interesting, Castle. Thank you for letting me see it."

"I didn't let you see it! You grabbed it out of my hands!" Castle whined.

Esposito pulled the paper out of Beckett's hand.

"Castle, I'm only your favorite cop of the day four times?" he said. Castle was his bro; why wasn't it more?

"Ooh how many times was I?" Ryan asked. He pushed Castle out of the way in his haste to see the paper.

"Seven." Esposito said. Then he noticed something. "Castle, why are we only your favorites eleven times, when Lanie, who is not a cop, got fifteen times, and your mother and daughter, who don't even work here, get a combined total of twenty-one?"

"Because it started out as favorite cops, but then other people started being my favorites. I never changed it," he explained.

"Come on, guys. We have to work while we're at work. That's how it works," Beckett said.

"Figures. But Kate, don't you want to know how many times you got?" Ryan asked.

"Not really."

"I think you should."

"Guys…" Castle whined.

"Fine. How many times was I Castle's Favorite Cop of the Day?" Beckett said, rolling her eyes.

"Two hundred and fifty-seven."

So...um...yeah. Whatever. Just a random drabble that I wanted to post. I hope you liked it...

I have the worst headache right now
