A/N: So, I've changed a lot, and I know I'm really late on updating this. I've rethought it and am going to take a wayyyy different approach to how Kira is going to be introduced to the characters. I feel like the way I had it was a little forced and I like the opportunities this new direction gives me. I'm hoping to keep updating more soon. Let me know of any mistakes you guys find, and tell me what you guys think! Hope you like it and the direction I'm taking it.

A body set suspended in the middle of a bright room. Floating as if on air, yet nothing held up the body of the female. Upon closer look, the bruises, scars and blood gave way to an almost peaceful sleeping face. Her dark curly hair floating every which way giving the illusion of sleeping in water.

Five figures entered the room after a while, gliding over to the girl and looking down upon her. "Why did you bring her here, darling, you know we do not meddle in the affairs of Arda let alone with other the other worlds?" questioned one of the figures.

"I know this, dear husband, however her spirit spoke to me through the stars. I would hate to see such a strong spirit wasted when it maybe able to help our world," answered the figure being questioned. These figures were no ordinary people, five of the Valar stood surrounding the girl deciding on her fate. The Queen of the Stars, Varda, was the one to have summoned her body and soul to Arda and was attempting to convince the others to allow her to place her their permanently.

Aulë, the smith and lord of the earth, was next to speak, "I can feel the fighter in her body, she may be useful. Manwë, the mortals on Arda could use all the help they can get." "I agree, I can heal her partially before we send her down, her broken body could use the rest and recovery," Estë, valar of gentleness and healing, chirped in after.

"But what of her past life, the anger, the violence, and attitude she carries with her. She would never last in our world. We can't know if she wouldn't end up joining Sauron and his forces, and with her skills that would not be helpful to the mortals fight," Manwë argued.

Nienna, lady of mercy, spoke up, "You're right, we do not know. However, she was made into a killer in her world by circumstances and did not kill for pleasure. I do not think she would go to Sauron. If her past is such an issue why don't we erase it? Give her a blank slate to start over with."

A sigh came from Manwë, he knew he would not win this argument, though it may not be a bad thing as the others had solid points. "What about her lifespan? She is not of our world, do we make her a mortal as she is or to save her spirit permanently make her one of the immortals?" He questioned.

The others looked at each other, Varda pleased her husband agreed with her choice. All of them contemplated the valid question. "Why don't we allow the stars to decide? They by fate sent her to me in the first place, maybe they have more plans for her?" She brought up to the others.

They nodded in agreement, the stars are the ones who sent her here to help, they should decide her fate in the end.

"It is set, when she awakens she will know nothing of her past life. The stars will choose her form and she just may help tip the balance," Varda claimed in finality. Then a light surrounded the girls form as Nienna healed her and then it grew brighter and she was gone.

"Lets hope we chose right," Manwë added as they left the room.

Pain filled my body as I slowly became aware of my surroundings. Everything was blurry and all I could hear were birds and animal life. I felt a groan leave my lips as I slowly sat up. "Where am I?" I questioned my surroundings aloud. Pain not only coursed through my body but through my head as I gazed around my surroundings. As I thought about it, not only was I clueless to where I was but I had no memories at all. I didn't know my name, how I got there, or where there was.

'Find shelter, it's the first thing you want to find when in an unknown territory...'

The voice floated through the back of my mind, as I heard it more pain coursed through my head. It was a deep baritone male voice. It almost sent shivers down my back. I wonder who's it was, but it held merit on what to do. Slowly I pushed my body all the way up and stood. Looking around I saw no trails so I picked a random direction through the foliage, searching for a form of shelter.

I kept pondering as I walked, trying to find some trace of memory that could at least tell me who I was. Yet nothing came to me as I continued. I was able to find a couple scars here and there on my body. One was large and wrapped from my shoulder and down my chest. I was really curious about that one. After a while of wondering a come upon a river, feeling relieved to be able to drink something I immediately dropped to my knees and started taking handfuls of water and gulping down the cold liquid.

I stopped and started analyzing my reflection, wondering if it would help my memory. Dark curly hair hung, some of it was really dirty. My face didn't look much better, I saw the remnants of some bruises along my check and neck. My reflection held nothing for me. Blue eyes stared back at a face as I was passing it in a crowd for the first time.

'Never drop you're guard, you never know when someone will creep up on you...'

I stopped immediately when the voice crept through my mind again. My frozen body was tense as I started listening to my surroundings. That's when I noticed the birds had all gone silent. Someone was near, but I couldn't tell where. I didn't know what to do, this situation was foreign to me yet felt oh so familiar. Finally, I heard a step, it was faint but I could tell it was close and the person was just light footed. I gaged where they were and waited for another, I could feel it in the air that the next move would lead to the confrontation. 'Crunch' there it was. I just let my body do what was natural, next thing I know I'm locked in gaze with the brightest blue eyes I feel I've ever seen. Arms blocking the knife he had, both of us in a locked arm position that kept the knife facing towards the trees and didn't allow either of us to move, less give up a weakness.

Then he spoke in a language, it was the softest, fairest thing I've ever heard yet I couldn't understand a thing he was saying. I took the moment to analyze my opponent. He was taller then me, by a good 4 inches or more. Long blond hair flowed behind him. Nothing on him looked out of place. He looked small but I could tell by the grip we were in he was not weak, I think I even surprised him being able to hold the lock. He all of a sudden became confused, I think he finally figured out I couldn't understand a word he was saying.

"Why are you in this land?" He spoke roughly in english finally, it took me off guard for a split second finally being able to understand him. I did another once over, trying to figure out if I should answer. Finally deciding silence wouldn't help me figure out where I was or why, I responded, "I don't know, I just woke up a few hours ago a ways a way to discover myself here with no recollection on how I came here or why. Hell, I can't even figure out who the hell I am."

I think my vulgarity at the end through him, but he shook it off fast. "You are in Rivendale's territory, the Lord Elrond rules here. You have no memory of how you came here, how can that be?"

"Well, if I knew don't you think I would know where I was to begin with?" The reply left my lips before I thought about it.

His lips pursed at my rudeness, oh well. "I will take you to Elrond, he will know what to do with you miss..."

At the trail off I knew he was looking for a name. I slowly released the hold we were in and he sheathed his knife. "Your guess is as good as mine on the name there pretty boy," I told him. "Like I said, I can't remember anything from before I woke up here. But you can at least tell me your name, unless you like the name pretty boy?"

I could tell I struck a small nerve which caused a smirk to cross my face. His shoulders had tensed ever so slightly. It was quite amusing. "Legolas, my name is Legolas." He spoke while walking away. I just snickered and started to follow along. This should be interesting. I wonder if everyone I will meet will be this prissy. Guess I'll have to find out.
