A/N: Hey everyone! Here is the one I've been struggling on, 'Angst'. I hope you people will like it, because I've worked hard on it . So here we go…a disclaimer.
DISCLAIMER!!!
There we go!
NOW, ON WITH THE STORY!
Ron looked over at Hermione, who was writing another letter to him.
'That bloody pumpkin headed git,' he thought to himself, wondering what he wanted.
"Ron, can you get me another piece of parchment?" Hermione asked Ron, smiling at him. He sighed and said, "Let me go upstairs and get it. Hold on." He got up from his seat and ran upstairs. When he got there, he rummaged around in his bag. Finally, he found a crumpled piece of parchment.
'This isn't good enough for her,' he told himself, stuffing it back in the bag. He looked around for a better piece.
"What's taking you so long, Ronald?" Hermione's voice called up to him. He closed his eyes, taking in the sweet voice of Hermione.
"Hold on," he yelled back weakly. He sat down on his bed and ran his fingers through his hair. He then thought about his love for Hermione. It was definitely unrequited love. Or maybe she thought that they were just strictly platonic. Whatever it was, he knew that he truly loved her, and she loved that stupid Quidditch player, Viktor Krum.
"Ronald!" Hermione yelled. Ron sat up, grabbing a clean piece of parchment, and ran down the stairs.
"Here," he grumbled, throwing it to her. Hermione sneered slightly, but wrote on it all the same. Ron then sat there, watching her every move. How her hand never lifted off of the paper, but still managed to not smudge a word. How her eyes glowed whenever she wrote his name, or when she wrote about Ron. How she smiled when she finished the letter then smoothed her hair the way she did after a test or homework. She then walked out of the Common Room to the Owlery, Ron reckoned. He sighed.
"Ron, are you okay? You seem a little tense." Ron looked up to see Harry above his chair, frowning.
"It's Hermione. She's…I think…no…er…"
"I get it, Ron. It's okay. Why don't you just tell her?"
"Because!" Ron suddenly jumped up. "I can't. She's…beautiful. I can't handle anything like that. So…I'll tell her later."
"Later will be too late." Ron looked at Harry and realized that he was right.
Later would be too late.
