Prologue
It was a quiet night all was silent two men entered a building.

"Ryutaro would you please." Suddenly Momotaros appeared "QUIET!" All the people in the room stopped talking. Wataru Kurenai stepped to the front of the room. " Hello, everyone as you all know it has been exactly one month since Eiji, Ryoutarou and the rest of us fought against Shocker." All of them remembered the epic battle, which had taken place a month ago to ensure the existence of the Kamen Riders. "However",

Momotaros shouted, "Bastard!", Wataru continued, "As you all know we've received distress calls all over the A.R worlds because there have been reports that Dai-Shocker is reforming." Also a stack of several white business cards appeared each adorned with a Rider symbol and a white envelope. Wataru picked it up. It was embossed with a seal bearing a stylized A. Opening the letter, Wataru began to reada it aloud. But first, he waited for complete silence. Beginning the letter, he read aloud.
Dear Wataru,
As I write this letter I am still floating through time Which means that this letter and its contents may not make it through. But, through my travels I have discovered our current crisis and have resolved our situation. From what I've seen Dai-Shocker will take over the weaker worlds without riders/heroes. However I have found a solution. I have found a world without riders and have sent rider equipment to that world. The cards will alert you when a new rider has been found. Now at this moment the Den-o, Kabuto and Kiva cards should show three names and a few side-effects will occur. At that moment, Ryoutaro and the Taros and Ryoutarou were surrounded by a eerie glow and the stack of cards shuffled itself and three cards also shot out and began to glow.
