Ghost Whisperer : Saying Goodbye

She loved how safe she felt rapped up in Jim's arms. As Long as they had been together
Well since the day they first met in the pouring rain, she new he was her soul mate ,with him she'd always be safe. And after 2 years of marriage and pending motherhood the feelings where still there, Caressing her tiny 2 month bump she smiled and pressed a gentle kiss to Jim's hand "I love you" she whispered before letting her self drifted of too sleep.
She had only just drifted of when the sound woke her. Sitting up she studied the room , it was completely empty. Feeling sure the room was empty she lay back down and smiled , Jim could sleep through an earth quake she thought. Melinda was about to close her eyes when she saw shadow from the corner of her eye. She new someone was there and she was going to find who. Grabbing her white dressing gowen she slipped it on and go out of bed. "going somewhere?" Jim asked as he sat up fresh from sleep. "we have a visiter" Melinda smiled . Jim rubbed his eyes " when you say visiter ..you mean of the none living type" he joked with smile. Melinda crawled up the bed and knelt in front of her husband "yes" she whispered as she pressed a kiss to his lips. "now go back to sleep she giggled before disappearing out of the room.

Creeping down the stairs slowly Melinda was sure she could hear noises coming from the kitchen. Stopping in the doorway she watched as the fridge shook and the taps began to turn on and off "hello?" she called out "I can help you but you have to help me first ..who are you ?" she asked confidently "can you see me ?" a voice croaked from behind her. "I can see you" Melinda replied as she turned round to come face to face with a African American man. ". "Melinda noted a hole in the mans neck , where blood had dried and crusted around it. "what's your name?" Melinda questioned expecting the man in front of her . "Warrick..Warrick Brown" the man answered. "Can you see a light?" Melinda went on questioningly . Warrick shook his head " but I can't leave…not yet" . Melinda was about to ask why..when the sound of foot steps caught her off guard.
"Honey . Is everything ok" Jim asked as he came into the kitchen. Always the worrier Melinda thought with a smile . "everythings fine sweetie . Nothing I can't handle " she smiled even more. Jim skimmed the kitchen "are we alone or..?" he asked.
"we have a visitor in the night" The brunette joked as she turned around to focus on Warrick , she noted he'd gone "make that we had" she instantly announced. Jim rapped his arms around Melinda's waiste and smiled "so what you say we go back to bed and tier each other out?" . Melinda giggled as she kissed her husband passionately. "Well that sounds like an offer I can't refuse.
