8:50 Beach city
Today was was just an average day in the life of Steven universe. He got some donuts and enjoyed a lovely book on the beach. It was a pretty hot day so he put on some sun cream so that he wouldn't burn. The gems even promised they would join for a BBQ later. Steven had already finished his book and decided to take a walk to the arcade. He strolled through beach city taking his time enjoying each second of the lovely summer weather.
Steven kept at his walking until he noticed something about the sky, he though it looked strange somehow. He didn't think much of it until he looked back again and the second time he turned up he finally realised it...the sky was green! But things got worse! After a shocked reaction from Steven he heard the sound of what appeared to be thousands of seagulls, but these were not seagulls, they were thousands of peridot heads with wings with a face that said "I'm going to kill you". Stevens first instinct was to run, but where?
9:42 Arcade
The arcade was still open so Steven made a break for it. Peridots flock of heads were no match for windows and glass doors. The place was deserted, he wanted to play a couple of games while he was there but he had to resist, he need to think up a plan. Then suddenly the windows and doors broke wide open with peridot heads barging in. Steven was doomed. Steven found a spot where he could squeeze behind a machine and not be spotted.
Steven thought he was saved when he started to see the heads fly off but then the sound of a crunch was heard. It was Ronaldo eating a limited edition bag of Doritos that were green. The eyes of the peridots turned red and in a disturbing matter...killed him. Steven of course had the reaction everyone would have after seeing that, he laughed and smiled as he ran out the arcade. "At least something good happened today" Steven said.
9:58 The temple
Steven had managed to make it back to his house without being spotted and locked the door. The three were there getting ready for the BBQ that they had promised him. "We thought we would start getting ready early, with it being such a nice day and all" Pearl let out but then Steven said "there's an invasion of weird peridot bird creatures attacking beach city" but no one reacted.
"Please I'm telling the truth" Steven yelled. "Oh, we already knew that" said Pearl. Then their faces morphed into faces that of the awesome Peridot. "Become one of us" they said at once with Steven freaking out witha face of shock and fear. Are these the real crystal gems? What will happen to the BBQ? Will Steven uses the hidden power of his gem to get outta here? Well no because he knocked himself out with his own shield. Stupid Steven.
12:38 Gem world
Steven began waking up and trying to figure out his surroundings, he was in a bubble but not a gem bubble but instead a plastic ball like what a hamster would play in. "Where am I?" he said out loud. "Welcome to gem world!" A voice let out. It was coming from a giant fat Peridot with a moustache. "This is now where you live, you get free view TV and brown bread to eat".
Steven couldn't imagine living life without a GameCube or something awesome like that. Steven knew that this Peridot was hiding something. "Who are you, your not the real Peridot so who are you really?" The mask opened the the big mind destroying truth was revealed. It was rose! Nah just kidding it was mayor Dewey. Oh no! How's Steven gonna eat his way outta this one?! Stay tuned for part beleventy.
