Fourth of July special
Kurt and Jane walked into their new home. They had just brought this house about three weeks and are planning to move in really soon.
"Time to look at the changes were made in the kids room." Kurt said as he showed his wife around the house. He knew that it was going to weird to be out of the apartment that he and Jane started their family in.
"Wow, this is amazing." Jane responded to her husband. It had been about three months since she came back. Their marriage has been hit by the separation but they are working on getting it where they used to be.
The team had been a big help for the couple since they knew that they needed that extra time to be husband and wife and not so much as parents. A more days went by and it was time for the Fourth of July celebration. The team was coming over to the new house.
Patterson was the first one to arrive at the new house. She thought that the house was super cute. She walked into the kitchen.
"Hey guys, do you want any help?" She asked him.
"Nope, we are about to be finished. If you and Jane would like to go play with the kids while I finished up making the food?" He said to her.
"Yeah, that sounds wonderful." Patterson said as she and Jane walked into the kids playroom. "Wow, this place is amazing."
"Yeah, I know." She smiled to her friend.
"Are you glad to be back home?" She asked her friend.
"Yeah. I am so glad that we are back home in one place." She responded as Kurt walked into the room with the rest of the team.
"Hey look who else came over to the house." He responded to her.
"Hey, guys." Jane greeted their guest with a smile on her face.
About an hour later, The group was sitting down and eating dinner. Kurt knew that their youngest child might not last until it was time for the fireworks. He and Jane had decided to let her have an later nap hoping that she would stay up later tonight. He was looking at his daughter and could tell that she was ready for her nap. He got out of the chair and walked over to his daughter. He ended up picking up the little girl and carrying her upstairs.
"Good night baby girl." Kurt responded to his daughter as he laid her down on the crib. He turned around and closed the door. He headed back downstairs.
They started to get ready for the fireworks. It turned to be a great night for their family. They were all happy that Jane was back with them.
