Hi this is my first fan-fic. I've read a ton, and I finaly got the chance to write one! It is a young justice fic and its in the POV of Superboy! I really hope you like it! Please review!

It was an average non mission day in the mountain when M'gann turned on the radio, after five minutes of her humming along to songs she knew, one came along that intrigued me.

"I can't stand to fly, I'm not that naive"

Jumping up trying to fly away from Cadmus, and suddenly falling.

"I'm just out to find The better part of me"

Trying to find a non hero name, something to make me a whole person

"I'm more than a bird, I'm more than a plane"

Superman rejected me, he's not a real hero, he just acts like one

"More than some pretty face beside a train It's not easy to be me "

It's not easy trying to control your powers with someone who doesn't know how to use them.

"Wish that I could cry. Fall upon my knees"

But I can't. I need to stay strong for my team, I can't just brake down in front of everyone!

"Find a way to lie About a home I'll never see"

My friends are always asking where I live so they can come over, I can't tell them I live in a mountain.

"It may sound absurd, but don't be naive Even Heroes have the right to bleed"

Do we really?

"I may be disturbed, but won't you concede Even Heroes have the right to dream"

I dream of a day when superman will except me for who I am.

"It's not easy to be me"

How could it be? I'm a reject clone.

"Up, up and away, away from me"

Maybe if I could fly, I could fly away from all of the hatered down here.

"It's all right, You can all sleep sound tonight I'm not crazy, or anything"

Maybe Kid Flash is right maybe superman is crazy!

"I can't stand to fly I'm not that naive"

I wonder what it's like to fly? Is it nice?

"Men weren't meant to ride with clouds between their knees"

I guess I'm a man in that case, if I can't fly. Wait a minute does that mean superman isn't?

"I'm only a man in a silly red sheet digging for kryptonite on this one way street"

You see this is why I wear my jeans, no capes, no tights, no people thinking you look funny.

"Only a man in a funny red sheetLooking for special things inside of me"

Is superman missing something inside on him also?

"It's not easy to be me."

No one ever said it was, but I'm still going to be me.
