Okay, so I am Completely new to writing stories on here, even though I have been reading them for years ( Wow, I'm lazy). So, this is my first ever written story. I know it's REALLY short, it's just a little practice thing I did and decided to post it to see where I stood with my writing skills.
It's just a scene I wrote from episode 6 of the new TV show 'Dragons: riders of Berk'. I thought it a little refreshing to see how protective Stoick was of Hiccup in the new T.v show and this scene was my favourite of the episode.
So please leave a review at the end, I'd really like to know what people think.
But enough of my babbling, and on to the story…
I don't own anything to do with "How to train your dragon" or "Dragons:riders of Berk".

Stoick watched as Hiccup and Toothless soared towards Alvin and felt the Knot of fear in his stomach tighten. Stepping on to wooden railing of the boat, he quickly leapt the short gap to Alvin's' just in time to see Alvin knocked back a few steps as Hiccup had swooped towards him to give Astrid enough time to grab a hold of Toothless as he flew her to safety.
Stoick wasted no time and punched Alvin square in the face as soon as the pirate had turned to face him, knocking him back to the hard floor of the ship.
This is what the chase had finally led to and as The Chief of Berk stared hard at the treacherous former Viking and he felt the fear and anger of the last few hours melt into cold rage as it finally hit him, what Alvin had done.
"Yer a coward, takin' my son!"
Stoick told Alvin with barely suppressed rage.
The large pirate grinned as he wiped his bloody nose and got to his feet. He looked at Stoick evilly,
"I'll take whatever I want Stoick! You know that!"
He said roughly, throwing a quick glance up to where Hiccup was still flying Astrid to safety, before quickly charging toward the Chief, his fist raised to punch. Stoick finally felt his rage spill out as he caught Alvin's outstretched fist from mid-air and quickly tried to throw one of his own, only for Alvin to catch it with his free hand. Now face to face, he glared hatefully at the smirking kidnapper in front of him.
"Not this time!" He ground out through his teeth and threw Alvin back about a foot back and readied himself to fight. He realized banishment and shame was too good of a punishment for the man who had threatened his son. He decided at this moment…
He was going to kill Alvin.
With that thought in mind, he charged.
Again, I know it's really short, ridiculously so, and I probably exaggerated Stoicks thoughts on the matter a little bit but, oh well. I apologize if I didn't get the scene right, I was just writing from memory.
Please leave a review.
