Chap. 2
Ambush
Axlescourge trekked through a thick forest, deep in his own strategic thought. Suddenly, a hoard of cats jumped on him from the trees above. With a swift movement, he roughly knocked four of them out, and they sprawled out onto the ground. A few of the attackers were able to get on his back, but soon found themselves flattened between the enormous cat and the ground. Without warning, one of the cats that had been knocked out came to and leaped for Axlescourge's exposed underside. Unfortunately for the small cat, Axlescourge's hind legs were powerful enough to throw the attacker into a tree.
"RETREAT!" called one of the larger of the cats, with tuxedo markings. They all ran toward a fence that no one else had noticed earlier. Those cats' had underestimated how much muscle mass Axlescourge had gained. He gave chase, and leapt over the fence in a single bound. Snatching one of the cats in his teeth, he threw him into a human residency, and left a dent in it. Axlescourge then proceeded to walk across the street before hearing an interesting sound. A large vehicle was charging at him, blaring away. Axlescourge turned and charged the car back, flipping the small vehicle.
Again, Axlescourge gave chase to the smaller cats, and they lead him right into a large group, all malnourished and fierce.
