Neville groaned as Sheldon insisted on putting on the latest Harry Potter film again. He said that he enjoyed watching the action as Voldemort's defeat was inevitable. He also liked the part when Nagini died. Neville didn't bother to stop him. It made him smile slightly. As Sheldon yelled critical abuse at the screen Neville couldn't repress his laugh any longer. It came out almost as a nervous twitter.
"Neville, are you okay?" The taller, slender man turned in his spot on the leather couch to look at Neville, whom's posture seemed to mimic his own. Down to the very last awkward hand placement. "I don't mind if you find these films unstimulating and deprived of actuality. To be honest I find the lack of it myself. Considering your weak strength and the force taken used to decapitate that snake would have been a great one."
Neville let out a sigh. Sheldon was always one to disbelieve something science couldn't directly prove. In all honesty the sword of Gryffindor was actually lighter than it seemed. Tugging at the collar of his sweater, Neville began staring at the screen. Unable to look at Sheldon. An awkward smile sprang to his lips. Reaching over to the coffee table, Neville picked up his glass of butterbeer, which he had imported, and began to take a sip.
"Rowling was obviously misguided in her fame. Harry and Ron were obviously a couple of some sort. I see no true evidence of Hermione ever getting hands on that ginger." Neville's butterbeer coated the television. He didn't know how to position himself on the sofa as Sheldon sat on the end of the sofa. Almost Vulcan like in structure. As if he had said nothing out of the ordinary.
"Bu- I ca- Sheldon, that doe-"
"Bazinga!" Sheldon said in a childish tone. The nervous laughter escaping his throat. Not everybody got his jokes. Neville was one of the few who occasionally got them. Apparently not today. Glaring at him, Neville got up and walked to the kitchen. He needed a new butterbeer. That and to get rid of terrible images of Harry and Ronald out of his mind. Sheldon sat on the sofa. Watching in glee.
