One day at Domino High School. Yugi and his friends were in for a surprise when they saw a new student. She was tall like Tea and has long black with silver streaked hair that reached middle back, really bright blue eyes, wearing hip-hugger jeans, red long sleeve t-shirt, and black combat boots.
"Hey she looks kind of freaky to me guys," said Joey to the others. "let's go over and greet her here," Serenity suggested. Yugi nodded and they headed over to where she was sitting for lunch. She noticed them coming over. 'Oh god what do these people want of me,' she thought to herself.
Tristan spoke first."Hey my name is Tristan Taylor." Joey was next."I'm Joey Wheeler and this is my sister Serenity," he said pointing to Serenity. "My name is Tea Garner," said Tea. "And my name is Yugi Muto," said Yugi.
The girl looked at each of them before speaking. "The names Chalice," she said in her mono-tone voice. She couldn't believe she was trusting them. They sat down with her. "What's with the hair?" "Joey, be nice," scolded Serenity.
Chalice didn't mind, she was used to getting comments like that all the time. "I was born with the silver streaks." Yugi wasn't the least bit surprise because his hair was naturally tri-colored. "Well Yugi here was born with tri-colored hair as you can see," said Tristan.
Chalice arched an eyebrow. "Really?! Cuz that's cool," she said. "Yeah and by the way do you play Duel Monsters?," asked Yugi. She shook her head. "Yeah but I'm not that good at it though." Just then the bell rang for class.
"Hey maybe tomorrow if you like I can teach you how to play much better," said Yugi. The other's were leaving to class just a few steps ahead of Yugi. "Yeah right Yugi. She'll never learn to be successful like me," said Seto before heading to class.
Chalice glared daggers after him. He acted like her friend back home too much to be exact. "Don't mind Kaiba but tomorrow after I teach you more. You'll be just like Joey is now," Yugi said going to class. Then she headed off to class too.
