Looking up into the cloudy sun filled sky, Naruto smiled for the first time since the Uchiha massacre.

Sasuke was right next to him, holding his hand, smilingwith him. The two boys were close since young but they brought in one recruit, Sakura Haruno. But since she was the only girl in their group, she was excluded a little.

Naruto tightend his hand over Sasuke's, having his entire family in his life suddenly ripped away from him must have been torture,

and must still be tormenting the older boy relentlessly. He couldn't imagine such a pain. Naruto had been alone since before he could remember. An orphan.

He turned to his side examining Sasukes features. The koneko's eyelashes were long for a boys, his Onyx eyes were sad but ready to look for a new future. he had a perfectly scrutured noseand his lips were tinted with a light pink, standing out since his hair was black like the Raven.

A smaller almost non-existent smile graced the blondes lips as he averted his eyes back to the clouds. Too bad a gaint dark figure appeared there, two of them infact.

One hovering over the small blonde and the other over Sasuke. The scarier one picked the Koneko up by the collar of his shirt and put pressure on a point at the base of his neck his body went limp, he was unconcious. Naruto's eyes widend in horroras an enormous amount of pain went through him as he made eye contact with the not so scary looking one, and he fell into the pits of blackness with a hint of red.

Sasuke's eyes fluttered open slightly, smelling something awful along with rust he looked around seeing a dead human who's body was decomposing. His heart started to beat faster. 'Naruto' he thought to himself 'Where are you?' He looked around some more, his eyes widend when he saw his kitsune holding his head crying silently to himself. "Naruto?" Sasuke asked quietly, pressing his hand against Naruto's back gently. He crawled closer placing the blonde's head in his lap. He looked at the shaking figure in his lap and stroked the soft golden locks in a soothing matter, "Naruto, it's alright, it's okay!" Sasuke's voice was the only thing connecting Naruto to reality.

Naruto fell down in pain, his right knee bleeding slightly. "SASUKE!!" He screamed his voice hoarse and his legs numb for the poisen was setting in. His legs buckeled , he fell into the mud puddle, the rain pitter pattering on his already matted hair.Tears cascaded relentlessly down his face, rollong onto the collor of his shirt.A man with red glowing eyes in a black clouded cloak appeard, a kunai drawn. "DON'T! D-don't k-k-kill me! p-PLEASE! Naruto stuttered throughout his sentence, huddling close to himself for protection.

The man in the red clouded cloak smiled , bringing the Kunai down, making red rain appear in front of the fox child. "Naruto? Sasuke's voice broke into the pain as the kunai tore through his skin viciously at his throat. "Naruto, it's alright, it's okay." The koneko's voice was calming as the pain reached its limit, it didn't hurt anymore. He was numb.

Sasuke watched as his best friends face went through three expressions, one of terror, one of pain, and the one he was bearing; bliss.

The koneko watched as Naruto opend his eyes. "Am I dead, Sasuke?" Naruto asked looking up at Sasuke with Sad sparkling eyes.

"No, we will be if we don't find away out of here though." Sasuke said frowning a bit, but patting Naruto's head softly none the less.
