The winds blew gently around the guild members, sabertooth, Blue Pegasus, Lamia Scale, Mermaid Heel, Quatro Cebrus and of course Fairy Tail. They were all standing there in front of a grave, the grave stone had a statue of an angel on it which made sense, because the mage being buried was like an angel, her heart pure and her soul so perfect it outshone any other being. Her smile was contagious and her laugh brought anyone happiness, her eyes were once full of love but now she laid in a coffin made of gold.
Every guild had come to love this mage she made friends with everyone and now they all had to say goodbye. All of the zodiac spirits had come out for the burial of their beloved master and even the spirit king. Lucy Heartfillia was now dead and only at the age of 20, the battle against Zeref took her life. She saved everyone when she destroyed Zeref, Tartorus and Acnologia, her magic healed them all and destroyed the darkness that threatened humanity.
She looked like and angel in the sky as she used all her power at once saving everyone. Now Lucy was dead, she died after destroying the darkness, Wendy and Chelia had tried everything but nothing had worked. "Our dear Lucy, you were so brave that day and every single guild member is proud of you, you will always be in our hearts for eternity" solemnly said her heartbroken master. Tears fell down the cheeks of every mage, they stared at the sky knowing that somewhere up there in heaven Lucy was looking down upon them with that beautiful smile and love filled eyes.
"Due to Lucy's courageousness she has been granted the status of the highest ranking in the celestial spirit world one rank below myself" said the spirit king "Lucy has become the celestial angel and her zodiac keys stay with her even in her celestial form" he continued. The guilds knew this but it still tore their hearts apart that she had died and was now just a spirit. The magic council had given her the title of the strongest Wizard Saint ever and nobody could ever over take her title.
Each mage said their goodbye's and those who where closer to Lucy said what they had to say about Lucy on a deeper level. Many Wizards of Fairy Tail had asked to Learn Celestial magic so they could summon Lucy but they all got the same answer from their master and that was no, because it would break Lucy's heart watching all her family grow old without her.
A group of mage's stood on the hill side looking down at her grave after the ceremony, they lost their sister and their love. Team Natsu had decided to change their name to Team Lucy in memory of their favourite mage. Natsu vowed to keep the team together for Lucy's sake because he'd do anything for the love of his life and nobody would ever take her spot on the team they would just stay the way they were. "Goodbye Lucy, I love you" said the Fire mage quietly, as an answer the winds blew around him drying his tears.
A spirit stood in front of the team a smile on her face and looking as radiant as ever "good bye team natsu I will forever treasure our memories, I'm glad I ran away I will never take anything in the past back" tears filled their eyes as the figure slowly faded away forever "stay strong for me all of you and don't ever blame yourselves it was my own choice and I'd do it again if it meant you could all live and smile" her voice so soft and comforting "I love you natsu and I always have" she said before she vanished from the earth to the spirit world. "Lucy" the name spoken by every mage in Fairy Tail as they all stood behind Team Lucy and watched their family member disappear.
I know it's kind of sad but I was listening to a sad song so that's what got me writing it. I hoped you liked it.
