AUTHOR'S NOTE: I thought I could do a fic about Lexie Grey. So far, she is nice and doesn't have any intention of ruining Meredith's life. This fic is written in a the form of a diary with some IMs, letters and dialogues. Let me bring you back before and during Lexie internship at Seattle Grace Hospital. PLEASE READ!

Chapter 1

Dear Miss Lexie Grey,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to spend you internship as well as your residency here at Massachusetts General Hospital. We will give you instructions in this letter.

We have assigned you to Dr. Boucle as you resident. You will have 3 other coworkers assigned to the same resident. You will get to meet them at the mixer. As you may know, every year we organized a mixer at the hospital the day before you start your internship. At the mixer you will get to meet the staff, meaning many of are attendings, residents, nurses and your chief of surgery, me.

Mixer information:

-When: September 26th 2007.

-Time: 5:00pm to 10:00pm.

-Where: Massachusetts General Hospital Hall.

List of attendings:

-Dr Richards – Head of cardio surgery

-Dr. Stewarts – Head of neurology surgery

-Dr. Joke – Head of neonatology surgery

-Dr. Latifini – General surgeon

-Dr. Larock – Cardio surgeon

-Dr. Hardvor – Neurology surgeon

You will be served diner for free but I have to ask you to bring a check book anyway because not only will you get to meet you coworkers you will be assigned to your locker, as well, you will need to try on some scrubs to determine your size. It is essential that you buy at least 2 pairs of scrubs for you work uniform. You will be given a lab coat for free with your name sowed on it. You will not be allowed to work at all if you do not wear you scrubs. It is important to keep this hospital professional and clean. These scrubs are made of an anti-allergenic material to prevent infection and contamination. You will be allowed to wear a shirt underneath. No wearing uniform outside of hospital.

At the beginning of mixer, you will be asked to check your name on the list, which will be at entrance of party room. On the list you will find the names of your coworkers. You will be assigned to table with team and then you'll be able to interact with them.

We have a strict policy, NO RELATIONSHIPS WITH COOWORKERS OR BOSSES. If by any chance you can't control yourself you will be asked to report to me and explain to me your relation then will go from there.

We haven't found the precise amount but you should be expecting $ 39100 for one year.

You start working on September 27th at 5:30am. You will receive further rules and instruction next month (at mixer). Once again Congratulation! You can now call yourself Dr. Grey
