Disclaimer: I wonder if I was the richest person in the world, how much would they let me buy Sonny with a Chance for? I'm not the richest person in the world though so I don't own it but if I was Sonny with a Chance would one of the first on my long list along with a lot of other TV shows.
I walked slowly down the empty halls of Condor Studios. I was secretly hoping I would bump into the three named actor but he never came. I stopped when I came to a poster for Mackenzie Falls, that I had never noticed before because I usually only quickly walked down here on my way to rehearsal, it was that or I had always chose to ignore the poster of the rival show. I stared at the blond heartthrobs picture, taking in his soft smile and dazzling blue eyes, before turning away sighing and continuing down the hall.
Walking into the commissary, I prayed that he would be there, eating his steak or lobster and laughing cockily with his obnoxious cast mates. He wasn't there of course, no one was, it wasn't lunchtime anyway. I sat down on a nearby chair and glanced at the lunch board, I could go for a Chad sandwich right about now.
As much as I hate to admit he was a great actor, he could pull off an emotion so easily and make it so believable that it was no wonder girls fell for him. He did deserve the awards he got even if it did mean that So Random! didn't get any.
I heard a smothered sound of heels on the carpet coming into the room, the person walked over to me and put a hand on my shoulder.
"Are you ready?" Tawni asked quietly, I turned around slowly and noticed that she was in black. I had never seen her in a colour so dull, she didn't suit it.
"Yeah," I whispered, it was barely audible but she heard me, I gave her a small smile before getting up of the chair and grabbing my purse. We both walked out of the building and got into her car. I sat quietly staring out the window, trying not to think about the fact that I was on my way to Chad Dylan Cooper's funeral, that this would be my final goodbye to the guy I was too afraid to love.
I realised that I my last few fics were a little humorous so I decided to write some different, although I'm pretty sure that this kind of thing has been done before but oh well, this is my version. This was written in the space of about twenty minutes, all I'm really sure about is that it is 2:26 am right now so I'm sleepy.
