Ten years after Hawkeye's death, Drachma had stopped their war with Amestris. Their culture it was revealed was religious in the sense that if someone died for a cause it had to be respected or their soul would never rest. Hawkeye had earned that honour in their eyes. She had brought peace to a war. Winery had got over it. She had got over the death of her role model and started her own business in Automail. It was surprisingly successful and kept her mind off Ed.

Ed... the cheerful blonde who always cheered her up when she was upset and helped her when she asked for it... She shook her head and focused on the machine she was driving, it was new. People called it a car. Winery liked it, the only problem was it didn't like turning. Winery couldn't find a way to improve it but she needed to get to Central quickly, she needed to see Armstrong. She didn't know why though, he just called it important.

Sitting back Winery sighed, it was a beautiful day. Perhaps in Central she'd visit Ed and Al in the cemetary? Or see Hugh's wife and daughter, it'd been so long she'd forgotten their names but she'd see them anyway... just to say hi. And then? Perhaps she'd just wander again. Winery sighed, not realising the wheel was jerking more than normal in her grasp. Perhaps she'd visit her parents graves? Or perhaps a holiday... Winery giggled, there was so much she could do.

Winery filled up at the first petrol station she found, they were rare since cars were barely gaining popularity, and started off again, taking the short cut through the mountains. It was made by alchemists for anyone with a car to get to central quicker, namely the army. The wheel jerked and Winery yelped gripping it tighter before trying to fix it. The car weaved and skidded as she tried to take control again, screaming as she narrowly missed going over the edge. She almost sighed in relief before realising the care was still spinning. She hit the wheel cursing it as the car approached the edge.

Realising she was going to die a sob escaped her before she fell.

"Winery? Winery?" The blonde opened her eyes groaning and yelped seeing Ed leaning over her. He was still a teenager she thought dully, in a red coat with white gloves. "You're awake!" He cheered happily.

"Ed..." Winery sat up, realising she was also a teenager now in blue overalls.

"Everyone was waiting! This way!" Ed ran off waving and Winery followed.

She followed him into the light.
