Castle : Hourglass

Earth is on the verge of turning into a living hell, and a group of humans have found a long forgotten parallel dimension. A specialist team, under the supervision of a shadowy Superior, are sent into the dimension's structures: Castles. But a dark and Ancient evil lies in its walls, one that could destroy everything.

1. Operatives

Highly classified information on operatives in the Castle Project. None of the following is to be divulged to people outside the operation.

Etrius

Age: 42
Nationality: Canadian
Origin: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
Rank: Elite Team Infiltrator- Leftenant Commander
Bio: Losing his parents at an early age, Etrius quickly learnt to fend and defend for himself. He was recruited by Canadian Special Forces. He progressed through training quickly, suprising his instructors. Eventually, his instructors placed him in a Joint Canadian-American-Alaskan Task Force, where he met Beecher, a rival who became a brother, and two other members of his Elite Team. Etrius has managed to use his naturally acquired leadership to keep his team alive and together for years, through horrific missions. However, a classified incident, involving extreme subordinance saw him forced to leave Special Forces by order of his CO: The General. Etrius lives now in a drunken, bitter, and careless state.

Beecher

Age: Unknown
Nationality: American
Origin: Trenton/Piscataway, New Jersey, USA
Rank: Elite Team Sniper- Chief Warrant Officer
Bio: Running away from abusive parents into a warzone, Beecher was picked up by US SpecRec, saving one of their lives with deadly accuracy from a sniper rifle. Seeing his skill, the leader of the SpecRec Unit passed this to his superiors, and Beecher was signed into Special Forces, where he met Etrius. One severe incident saw Beecher run away from the training grounds across Canada into Alaska. Etrius went after him and brought him back, creating a special bond of brotherhood between them. One individual, The General, saw this and put them together to work as an Elite Team. Beecher has a penchant for severing heads from shoulders with one deadly shot. He also has a gruff and sometimes irate outward attitude. When Etrius was thrown out of Special Forces, Beecher had no alternative but to leave himself.

Boomer

Age: Unknown
Nationality: American-Swedish
Origin: Chicago, Illinois, USA
Rank: Elite Team Demolitions Expert- Staff Sergeant
Bio: At a young age, Boomer was excellent with technology, especially devices that had a habit of exploding if tampered with. In his school lab, he was responsible for a number of incidents involving volatile explosions, until he was too dangerous to be let out. This earned him the nickname 'Boomer'. Boomer decided to go on to join a Nu Metal band as bassist, having his application for the Marines rejected, but got bored. One individual, The General, became interested in his ability with technology and had him placed in Special Forces Training. Here he was responsible for incidents related to 'wrestling' and 'brawling'. Boomer was sent out to Afghanistan, where he saw horrific things that changed his attitude towards explosives forever. He was put into a Specialist Elite Team led by Etrius, who Boomer had a great respect of. When the Team Leader was kicked out, Boomer hung around a while before leaving.

Lloyd

Age: Unknown
Nationality: British
Origin: Alaska
Rank: Elite Team Swordsman/Close Combat Specialist- Warrant Officer First Class
Bio: Not a lot is known about Lloyd, or where he originated from, but from a very young age he was skilled with a number of bladed weapons from Native American Tomahawks to Japanese Katanas. A large part of his life went into shadow, where it is thought he was moved to Japan, after suffering a massive emotional loss. He re-emerged the day he was recruited into Etrius' Elite Team. Lloyd served alongside the other three in several covert missions, but when Etrius was thrown out, Lloyd walked right out after him and disappeared.
