The Story has to start at season 1! You can make it so that the Gilberts families are neighbors, and no these two Gilbert families can not related to each other. Ashley can't be Elena's friend, Now being Caroline and Bonnie's friend is optional.
Ashley dislikes killing, control freaks and Hates backstabbers- and seeing as Elena has no problem taken Free will away from someone, or having Jeremy kill Kol, Or Stabbing Rebech in the back, or Stabbing and Breaking a deal with Elijah, or any thing else she has done, Elena and her wont get along
Ashley can get along better with the Original's and Katherine because while they may kill they don't go making excuses as to why they need to kill.
Ashley can become with child from supernatural beings such as Vampires. Meaning she can become Pregnant with Elijah's child.
Ashley has to save Kol from being killed by Jeremy and Elena -he can die another way! I hate the fact that they got away with killing him!
Ashley and Elijah are to be a couple before Kalus Breaks his Hybrid curse!
