AS YOU WISH
Another stalker, another blown car so here I sit curled up on Ranger's couch watching a movie while I'm on lock sown. I've already watched Ghostbusters a half a billion times, ok so it's really only six; I decided to snoop through his movie collection. I can't believe my eyes he has The Princess Bride. I wonder what country he will ship me to when I decide to play with this tidbit of information. I giggle as I put the movie in and walk back to the couch when I get that all familiar tingle at the base of my neck.
"Babe" I take this to question what am I up to, little does he know that I found his secret movie. So I giggle again, I'm getting too caught up in my own amusement of him to see the smoldering look he is giving me while I press play and motion for him to sit next to me.
As the movie starts Ranger settles in next to me. I look up to give him my mischievous grin; I just get a raised eyebrow in response. The scene where Buttercup realizes that Wesley loves her when he says "As you wish" Ranger gives me his 200 watt smile and kisses me senseless.
The movie ends and I start to giggle, when I get the raised eyebrow again. I try to tell him in between giggles "Who knew Batman did chick flicks" I start laughing so hard I'm on the floor holding my stomach with tears in my eyes.
"Babe, Julie left that when she visited this past summer." I still giggled I couldn't help it. "Babe" I take a deep breath and respond "I can't help it, I'm going stir crazy." He just picks me up off the floor and sets me on his lap while he turns on the tv and found a documentary for us to watch. I fell asleep feeling safe and secure in his arms.
A few days later my stalker was caught. Of coarse it didn't help that it was because of another blown car. This time it wasn't mine. It was Ranger's, I took it to sneak out of Haywood to get some yummy Boston Crème donuts I was going to go straight back, I swear. A girl can only take so much of Ranger's muscles, kisses and just Ranger in general before she needs to take the edge off with some sugar.
So there I sit on the curb with stalker number 241 handcuffed and zapped unconscious with my handy dandy charged stun gun while the sounds of sirens coming in from all directions. When the first of two black Broncos pull up Ranger gets out and starts to walk towards me. Then second one pulls up 10 seconds later with Tank, Lester and Bobby getting out of it and securing the stalker. As Ranger is walking he is eyeing me up and down checking for injuries while holding his arms open for me. I just tuck myself into him. "I'm sorry I snuck out. I'm sorry I got another one of your cars blown up. I'm sorry for being such a hassle to you and the guys. I knew you were in a meeting. I'm sorry." I look up into his eyes and I see reflecting back at me was love then he gives me his 200 watt smile and kisses me senseless again. Then I hear him say my favorite words "Proud of you Babe." I just smile and say "I love you too."
