Kurt let out yet another long sigh, one of the at least 50 he had done in the car ride to McKinley alone. Blaine chuckled, "If you sigh one more time, I swear I'll pull this car over and make you walk the rest of the way!" At this Kurt sighed again, this one even longer and more exaggerated than the previous. "All right mister, you asked for it!" Blaine stopped the car and unlocked the doors which made Kurt jerk his head up in astonishment and gasp. While Kurt had been moaning nonstop he hadn't realized that they had pulled into the school parking lot, the senior parking lot to be exact. "Scared you did I?" Blaine said laughing. Kurt gave him a playful whack on the arm.
"You're such a goofball!"
"Yes Kurtsie, but I'm yooour goofball!" Blaine stated, with too much enthusiasm for early in the morning on the first day of school. "And anyways, I don't get why your so bummed. It's just school. It has to start sometime. Personally I'm excited that we have so many classes together. And that McKinley isn't as strict as Dalton. Annnd that we get to go to school together again. So tell me babe, why so glum?" Blaine said the last sentence with a horribly fake British accent, pretending to have a microphone as he held his fist close to Kurt's mouth, which Kurt proceeded to attempt to bite, but Blaine pulled his hand away too fast.
"I just…I'm going to miss summer. No worries, just you and me and days spent in the park and at Kings Island, you forcing me to go on those rollercoasters that I hate. Especially the Vortex. Ugh! That ride is like being in a continuous car crash! I'm just worried that we're going to get so caught up in school and glee club that we won't have time to be with each other, just us like we did in the summer."
Blaine pulled Kurt into a hug and kissed his forehead. "I know what you mean baby but we'll make it work. Boy scouts promise" he said, as he held up some hand symbol.
"Don't you lie to me Blaine Anderson. I know for a fact you were not in Boy scouts." Kurt said, getting out of the car door and heading towards the school.
"And how would you know that?" Blaine said, sliding out of the driver's side, the fast-walking to catching up to his boyfriend and wrapping his arms around the slightly taller boys' waist, leaning side to side as they slowly made their way forward.
"Because I know for a fact that that is not the Boy Scout sign."
"Fine. You got me." Blaine said as they stood in front of the doors of the school, the occasional student passing by and starring as Kurt turned around, still in Blaine' arms.
"Are you ready?" Kurt whispered, as he pulled Blaine into an even tighter embrace.
"As I'll ever be." Blaine replied.
"Remember, they can't touch us." Kurt whispered softly.
"Or what we have." Blaine whispered in reply. As they pulled away, Blaine checked to see if there was anyone around, not wanting to cause a commotion before school even began. Seeing no one, he snaked his arm around Kurt's neck, bringing him in for a quick but passionate kiss. "Lets go."
They turned towards the doors and stepped through, Blaine's arm draped around Kurt's waist, and headed in through the door.
