Saito worries. A lot. To look at him one would think that he cared nothing for anyone or anything. This makes Saito happy, it's the impression he was hoping to give. Saito just happens to be very good at hiding his true emotions. Soji sees through them fairly well though, much to his disgust.

It▓s annoying because Soji is the one who causes him the most worry, next to a certain young lady who was parading around as a man. Ah yes, Tominaga Sei A.K.A Kamiya Seizoburo. He sometimes felt that the two of them conspired secretly to give him grey hairs.

Honestly, did the girl really have to fall in love with Soji? Did Soji really have to determinedly turn a blind eye to it, all the while, often without being aware of what he was doing, encouraging the infatuation. He would have helped the girl, if he was not privy to Soji▓s secret and knew just how doomed a romance would be.

So he contented himself with worrying without looking worried.

AN: I▓ve only read maybe the first two volumes of this, just what was in Shojo Beat, so the bit about Soji▓s secret is drawn from actual history. I do not own Kaze Hikaru
