Summery: Squall Leonhart had it all planned out. His life was completely and totally predictable, and that was how he liked it. But, what happens when all his plans go up in smoke at the sight of the blond young man named Demyx? Will he have to make a change in plans?

Author's Note: So, I used to have another account, the Shonen-Ai and Yaoi Goddess. This story was originally posted there, in a much shorter format. I'm redoing it, because looking back on it had me cringing. So this is going to be a multi-chapter remake of my original story. So don't yell at me when this sounds familiar. I swear, it's mine.
Squall 'Leon' Leonhart was a creature of habit. Anyone who claimed that they knew him even a little bit knew this well enough. He made plans, and he followed through with them. He didn't deviate from his plans, no matter what they were or when he made them. Deviations from his plan were rarely taken kindly. When his younger brother, Sora, left home to live with his jackass of a boyfriend, Leon had brooded in his room for a week, because his brother's role in his plan was firmly set as the childish uncle that occasionally came to Leon when he needed help.
He'd gotten over it only because Sora wasn't the kind of man that would willingly allow anyone to ignore him. Sora had called his dorm, had called his cell phone, and had showed up at his college until Leon had finally given in and forgiven his brother. He still didn't particularly like Riku, his brother's boyfriend, but he tolerated the man for Sora's sake.
As stated before, Leon made plans. But above all other plans, there was The Plan.
He would graduate high school with honors, and then proceed to go to University to become a lawyer. He planned to find the woman that he would end up marrying. He didn't particularly care if he fell madly in love with this woman, and, in fact, was rather counting on the fact that he wouldn't fall in love. He would have two children with this woman, preferably one of each gender, though he understood that this was unlikely and not something that he could predict. Before this could happen, however, he would start up his own law firm and become a well known and rather wealthy lawyer. He would grow old with this woman, and when the children were old enough to go to college, if he wasn't in love then he would divorce her.
It was a good plan. It was a steady plan. There was little room for error in his plan, and that was just how he liked it. His few friends called him crazy for having such a plan, but they were the ones who would inevitably end up struggling and coming to him for help. As such, he didn't put much in stock in their mockery.
Of course, as anyone with half a brain will tell you, even the best laid plans tend to go awry when their creators least expect it. Our story begins one sunny day at the beginning of Leon's second term at Hollow Bastion University...

Right, so I do know that this chapter is very short. This is more of an introductory chapter, to establish the setting and where we'll be starting off in the next chapter. Hopefully, you guys like this remake. See you next chapter!
