Hi people, Random story here. I understand I have one out already and now I just wrote another one. So many stories.
Title: One step

Summary: This year's hunger games were different and Peeta, along with Gale will figure it out.
A/N: Gale and Peeta are totally dating. Follows the events of Hunger games with slight Catching fire reference.
His eyes followed me closely. It creped me out but why should i? I did the same thing only six months ago, before all of this happened. Before that one day changed everything between us. We were on good terms, close to becoming husband and husband and then what do I go and do? Something horrible to ruin it all. I ran to my home, he followed me. My Avox Larissau was waiting at the door, her eyes flashed to me and then to him. "Let him in" I mouthed as I walked past her and up the stairs. He was there. In a matter of seconds. We were in my room. I locked the door and he took a seat on my bed. His eyes said everything that his mouth wanted too. I took a seat next to him.
"I'm so sorry. But it was either me or her. And I wanted to come back to you." I spoke softly. "I know you must hate me and I hate myself but understand Gale. I needed to do this, for us. She would have done the same thing if I hadn't done it first."
"I know Peeta and I understand why you did what you did. But there is a small part of me that, I don't know, feels like something is just off about all of this. What happened in there doesn't seem right."
He got up from his seat and started to pace. Of course, nothing seemed right. The whole thing with the capitol didn't seem right.
"We will figure this out. I know what you mean. Nothing about what they make us do year after year is right. But we will figure it out." I stood up next to him and gave him a kiss.
Something in that arena was off; it wasn't like any other games. And I, along with Gale, my boyfriend was going to figure this out.
