Hermione never noticed that she plays the protective (girl) friend with him.
Harry never notices that if Hermione doesn't like someone, neither does him.
She never noticed that she blushes every time he grabs onto her hand.
He never noticed he does grab onto her hand: it was becoming habitual.
They never noticed that they would have their own private conversations just using their eyes, which the rest of us had no part in.
They never noticed, but we sure did.
