Summary: Two long time friends find themselves running away from home

Summary: Two long time friends find themselves running away from home. Having nowhere to go, the clothes on their backs, the cash in their pockets, and whatever else they have in their rucksacks, they start on an adventure of a life time. They soon come across a small city called Mineral Town. They hear about an abandoned farm in the neighboring village of Forget-Me-Not and decide to try their luck there. They will have to battle through the good times and bad, but the decisions they make here will affect the rest of their lives!

How will the path of their new life unfold?

Chapter One- The Explanation

"Abbie? Are you there? Over."

Stella whispered into the walkie-talkie. She prayed for her best friend, Abbie, to answer.

"Yeah. Are you alright? Over." Abbie replied.

"Meet me by the old fort." Stella said in a hushed voice.

Abbie didn't answer. Stella didn't need her too. She was already hanging out the window with a bag on her back.

When Stella got there, Abbie was standing there with a worried look on her face.

"What's wrong?" She asked worriedly.

"I'm leaving Abbie. I can't stand it any more. I thought I should tell you before I left." Stella stated solemnly.

Abbie stood there with a glaze over her eyes and she seemed to be thinking. Stella took in a deep breath and sighed. "I love you Abbie. You're my best friend. You're my soul sister. I'm gonna miss you." And with that Stella hugged her best friend in the world and gently kissed her forehead.

"Goodbye Abbie."

Stella turned and began walking away when she heard a faint voice whisper,

"Wait."

Stella bit her lip and slammed her eyes shut. She couldn't let the tears escape.

"I said 'Wait'!" Abbie said, louder now.

Stella spun around on her heels and looked at Abbie. She had tears running down her face and a faint smile on her face.

"Your not going anywhere without me." She said, running up to Stella and hugging her.
