This is a bonus chapter from my story Journey of a Jedi. It comes after Chapter 33. I added it here because it didn't exactly fit the flow of the point of view but I though some would like to read it. Thanks everyone! -Sarah

The air in the temple was brisk that night. Many of the lights were out as many had settled into bed. However he knew that the one he sought out would be awake.

Master Windu's step was gentle and quick for a man of his stature. He was a quiet giant. Many compared him to a large cat with his strategic mind and his dark expressions.

Reaching his destination, he moved to rap on the door but it slid open before his fingers could touch the metal.
"Troubling you, something is, Master Windu?"

"Indeed, Master Yoda."

The little green man motioned for him to come in and sit.
"Well, hmmm? What is it?"

"Padawan Young, Master."

"Lina? A troubling experience, the girl has had."

"It's not that, Master."

Yoda's eyebrows lifted as he made an inquisitive noise.

"She breached my mind today, during the Council meeting. I'm not sure she even knew she was doing it."

"Discussed this with Master Mundi, have you?"

Master Windu rested his elbows on his knees, leaning forward.
"She grows more powerful by the minute with little guidance. She has already displayed rebellious actions. How long until she loses control?"

Yoda made a small disapproving noise in his throat.

"Discuss this, I will, with Master Mundi. Difficult with communication, Lina can sometimes be. Watch her closely, we will."

Master Windu felt his temper rise, however he kept his voice and movements collected. This child was a threat. If she couldn't be contained, she could pose a danger to them all. They did not need more rebellion in the order. That Anakin Skywalker was quite enough.

"And if that isn't enough?" Windu questioned.

Yoda offered a soft smile and hobbled past him into the hallway. "Worry, do not. Handle it we will. Intelligent, obedient, loyal, Lina is. Guidance, all she needs is."

Windu struggled to bite back a skeptical noise in his throat, "Yes, Master."

He would follow Yoda's lead out of respect and duty. He had once led her through the inticate underground of Coruscant. The girl was smart, resourceful but lacked confidence. He remembered her defeated expression: her eyebrows furrowed and her eyes crinkled. Padawan Young had saved his life but she was changing. Padawan Young was no longer a child. This war had robbed her and so many of innocence and proper training. He had no doubt she had good intentions however he could feel something coming. They all could. If it turned out Lina was a part of it, he would not hesitate. When it came to preserving order, he would never hesitate.
