Lucy's pov-

Why did I decide to go alone i thought irritated mostly because I'm walking in a forest alone with mud on my boots. Now I remember I need jewels for my rent and I didn't want Team Natsu coming along and destroying everything still irritated I trudged along the trail thinking about the mission I took it was a simple mission catch a small group of bandits vandalizing the farm lands outside the city easy enough but they said the leader of the group had magic which put a damper in my plans because I didn't know what magic he or she had. I went along in the forest cause getting to the farm was taking forever but I finally got there. The view was perfect you could see the sunset, the tall grass, and the clouds.

Deciding not to get distracted I shook my head and started walking again listening for any sounds that might involve the bandits. Funny enough I actually dressed for a mission today wearing black shorts brown combat boots and a pink tank top hair up in a ponytail maybe I just wanted to be prepared considering the fact that this is my first solo mission. I stop when I hear crunch turning around I see a guy wearing all black approaching me. I wait to see if he moves holding my key pouch letting my spirits know what's happening. I hear more crunches so I turn around and see that I'm surrounded by 5 guys all of them coming towards me. I grab Aries key and Leo's key before calling out "gate of the Lion,Leo I open thee" and "gate of the ram, Aries I open thee" of course Aries began to say I'm sorry but surprisingly leo got straight to work. I got Aries to calm down so we can make a plan to take the leader. "Aries I want you to tell leo that he needs to watch out because I'm going to see what power the leader has" I told her while she nodded.

I walked toward he leader who was wearing brown pants and a green shirt. I grab my whip getting ready to attack but I waited enough to get him to make the first move which he did I think. A plant near me grabbed my feet and pulled me down to which I grabbed my who and sliced the plants which he frowned at, he mad all the plants near me with grab my or hands making me drop my whip and stay on the ground. Something was wrong thought he plants were glowing and I was getting weaker until I suddenly blacked out.

Leo's/ lokes pov-

Lucy called me out and I knew this was her first job so I went straight ahead to battling the bandits. I got the first three down easily and I saw Aries handling the fourth one she told me quickly what lucy went to do. Knowing my master is strong I went to help Aries since she was busy apologizing quickly beating him I turned around to find lucy tied up in plants and her tied up I turned around to call Aries over to help but Aries was gone and I started to feel the drain of Lucy's magic pulling me back into the spirit world which in response to I used my own power to keep me here.

I quickly used regulas punch to knock the guy out before quickly going over to my masters side and getting her out of the plant. Knowing she was weak I quickly took her to her hotel and laid her down hoping she would be ok.

I should have been right there to help her and she would be okay but know I had to take off without listening to her plan. I thought tugging at my hair. I turned around to the sound of a yawn to find lucy getting up from her faint. I quickly rushed over to her giving her a hug. "your scared my" I said into her neck. "I just passed out from the pack of energy" she said calmly. "I didn't know that" I said weakly.

For the rest of the night I just held her until she passed out. I looked at her one last time before going back to the spirit world.
