Caraway :Evacuate the city, I want everyone alive

Back at the missile base, After Selphie,Quistis and Zell escape

Selphie: I dont think that moomba helped, look at the missiles
Zell : SHIT! They're over Deling

Zell : What about all the people, there's gonna be thousands dead!
Quistis: Caraway will have started to evacuate by now. Any way, when this type of missile
is aimed at a target this close, they circle around untill they run out of fuel.
Zell : That shouldn't be long! Look one of them is already falling
