Spencer sat at his desk just staring into space he had gotten a call from some one that he never though he would hear from. Lila Archer he never told the others what all had gone on with the two of them. They slept together several times actually. He sighed he knew about the accident and that she did not make it. That was her lawyer he told Spencer that she left him something important he wouldn't say what it was but Spencer had to go down and pick it up. Spencer bit his lips he stood up and walked out of the BAU and to the elevator. He rode the elevator down and to the ground floor. He made his way to were the Lawyer said he was at. Strange he had a kid with him a little girl. He guessed that it was a separate case or maybe his daughter.

Spencer made his way over " Hello Mister Smith I am Spencer you have something for me" He said.

The little girl turned and he froze she looked like Lila. Mister Smith turned he looked very board

" Yes Mister Spencer This is Ella your daughter" Spencer's eyes widened " D-daughter?" he questioned.

Mister Smith sighed " That's what I said here is the paper work." He said Spencer automatically did not like the lawyer.

He nodded and he held his hand out to the girl and he took her hand in his.

He took her and looked at the lawyer " is that all" he asked?

Mister smith sighed "no just sign the papers and send them back to my office" then he turned and walked out of the building.

Spencer was still in shock "Ella come with me okay I will take you upstairs" he said.

She nodded "okay" she said quietly. She walked with him through security and to the elevator.

The first place they stopped was Hotch's office. Spencer was able to sneak him Ella in the BAU.

He knocked on the door and walked in. Hotch looked up " Yes Spencer who is…" He started.

" Hotch I need to talk to you. This is… Do you remember the Lila Archer case you know how something happened between us.? He said nervously Hotch nodded " Yes I remember that."

Spencer sighed and looked at Ella. " well this is our daughter" He whispered. Hotch stared at him.

"Well this is a surprise" Hotch said. He looked at the girl. " What is your name sweety?"

Ella just looked at him and then hid behind Spencer's legs. "Ella" she whispered.

" I am going to take her to see Garcia, if I don't tell her she will kill me" He said with a smile.

Spencer picked her up and left the office. He made his way to Garcia's office.

" His Spen.. Who is this darling cutie" Garcia asked smiling.

"Garcia This is my daughter she is mine and Lila's daughter. I only just found out about her and. Garcia could you look and see if she has any medical stuff I should know about?" He asked

Garcia brightend then got sad " poor baby, sure thing spencer" She told him. She turend ant started clicking away

" Ah I got it and….Oh" she said turning to Spencer she printed out the papers.

Spencer grabbed them and sat Ella down in a chair. He read the papers. " She had ADD and she had a rare blood condition it wasn't cancer but she needed transfusions monthly. He sat down in shock.

This was something he could do he took care of his mum when he was a kid but he knew that this was going to take everything he had.
