A/N Okay, I have been thinking about writing this for a while. It will be in two parts, one for Percy and one for Annabeth. So here it goes.
Disclaimer: I do not own PJO or Leave Out All the Rest by Linkin Park or Across the Universe by the Beatles.
I dreamed I was missing.
"Annabeth. I had a dream." Percy said.
You were so scared.
"Of what?" Annabeth hissed.
But no one would listen. 'cause no one else cared.
"I went missing."
"So? It probably meant nothing. Go to back to your cabin."
"But-"
"Go."
After my dreaming, I woke with this fear.
"But I'm scared, Annabeth. For you."
What am I leaving, when I'm done here?
"Percy, if you go missing, I'll be fine. Got to bed."
so if you're asking me, I want you to know,
"Please."
"Let me sleep Percy."
"Fine. When I am gone tomorrow night, you will regret this."
"Whatever."
When my time comes, forget the wrong that I've done.
After the Campfire (day after)
They stood in front of her cabin. He new this was the last they would see each other for a long, long time. He kissed her, and went to his cabin, preparing for what was to come.
The Next Day
Words are flowing out like endless rain into a paper cup.
"No! He even told me-how-what-no!" Grover patted her back, even though tears were threatening to fall down his his pale face too.
"I need to go." She wrenched away from his grip and ran for the woods.
Pools of sorrow, waves of joy are drifting through my open mind, possessing and caressing me.
Silent tears slid down her face, and she pushed herself harder. She had to stay strong. Strong. She hated feeling weak. But this-this killed her. The little bottle where she held all of her feeling shattered. Nothing was holding her back. Percy's words rang true. Fighting herself, she pulled her dagger, and just before she lifted it to her heart, she came across a cliff. Easier than with a knife. She could do tis another day.
"Soon." She told herself.
It was misty out, and she sent a message. Though her endless tears, she told Nico. Nico ran his hands through his greasy hair, giving Annabeth a painful reminder of the boy with green eyes.
"He's not dead." Annabeth looked up.
"What?"
The boy paced his rocky room in the underworld. "He has not come over the Styx. It would have been a big deal for such a being to come down here. I still feel his life force somewhere...I don't know where he is, but-but I think he is fine."
"I need to go look for him."
She started to wave her hand through the message. "Annabeth, wait. I will look too. I get the Hunters to look also. We will find him."
She fell into a deep sleep. Hera's image came to her. Find the boy with one shoe, he is the answer to your problem.
Annabeth, Annabeth! She woke up to Butch's face. "Chiron needs us to get some kids. Will said we can use the chariot."
A/N There we go. Tell me if you think I should redo this. Or I could leave this one and make another. Your choice. Review!
