The Current Arc: The end of genocide
Prologue: One more time
One more time I open my eyes, in my surroundings a familiar scenery, "The Last Corridor", I ask myself how many times I passed this corridor, in front of me a little yellow star, my "save point", behind me a door leading to Asgore's home, in my right a wall, in my left a "empty corridor"… no, even "empty" in this corridor has someone waiting me… a friend who decided to support me even if I wasn't totally right… an avenger who held his wrath to keep a promise…but this time he will be neither of them, the box next to the save point indicates that this time, in this "time line", he is my executioner… the one who will made me pay for my sins… even if that is impassible…
"Don't blame yourself to much, all you did was for a good reason, so-"Then I interrupted the ghostly figure, Chara, accompanying me…
"It doesn't matter! After all we did we haven't had any progress… always someone dies and is my fault"
"I know how you feel, I feel the same way, but there got to be a way… And for the sake of everyone we have to endure this torment." Sais the ghostly girl who tried to made me pay for my sins long ago… Are they really the same person?
"Chara… Thank you, I think that without you I would've given up a long time ago."
Continuing through the corridor a skeleton suddenly appears … This time I have to put an end to this… I have to go on!
"let's just get to the point." Sans say burning with anger.
While I listened to the familiar speech began to remember the first time I fell in the underground… how a light sparkled in my dark world… and how it was destroyed again, again and again.
