So, I am new to this. And, I wrote this forever ago. I know it sucks. I can honestly admit that. I published this for help. Can good authors please tell me how to become better? Yeah, I know I sound pathetic. But, please?

"I smell vampire," Jacob growled.

Bella inched closer and held on tight. As she searched for a sign of movement, she caught a glimpse of Carlisle's car.

"Bella, I can't protect you here. It's a trick. We have to go," Jacob protested.

"It's him…" Bella whispered.

The whole in Bella's chest grew larger. She had a decision to make. It was now or never.

Edward had left her. Alone. Helpless. He did it to protect her. In his act, he left her more defenseless than ever. If he really loved her, he would have saved her from Laurent, from the attacks, from the depression. Edward had wounded her and left her to die.

Jacob was her savior. He had saved her from depression, and made Bella smile again. Jacob was Bella's personal sun. He listened closely to her problems, and always held her when she was sad. Bella loves Jacob.

But, she loves Edward, too. Correction, she loved Edward.

The decision has been made.

"Jake, he left me. He doesn't care about me. I loved him once. But, I love you know," Belle gushed.

Jacob's eyes sparkled with excitement. Slowly, he leaned in, and he kissed her.

While holding on to Jacob, Bella said, "Come on, Jake. Take me home." Slowly, they drove off in the night to the La Push territory. Neither of them ever let go.
