Title: Your Bad Romance
Author: quickquotesquills
Rating: K+
Word Count: ~400
Summary: Kurt's getting fed up with Blaine. He decides to try something else to further their relationship.
Warnings: Takes place after 2x12, and obviously disregards everything that happens after that. (I wrote this a long time ago.)
Author Notes: The title is from Lady Gaga's song "Bad Romance", but if you haven't figured that out...you're weird. This is also unbeta-ed, as I whipped it out in around 10 minutes.
Disclaimer: I don't own Glee. Or Darren Criss. Though that last one will happen soon. I'll keep you posted.
Blaine stood at the bottom of the staircase, chatting animatedly with Wes and David.
"No kidding, right? You wouldn't think that feeding birds glitter would really work, but it does! Apparently-" Blaine was cut off as a small hand grabbed his arm and brought him up the stairs into his own dorm room. The owner of the hand closed the door and turned to look at Blaine.
"Kurt, what's up?" Blaine asked. He was confused-why had Kurt brought him here?
Kurt motioned for Blaine to sit down. He plopped himself on the red spinning chair in front of his desk. Kurt daintily sat down on Blaine's messy bed and crossed his legs, then seemed to think better of it and stood up. He crossed over to the computer on Blaine's desk and opened up a webpage.
"New Directions-Bad Romance", the title of the Youtube video read. Blaine was confused. Why was Kurt showing him this?
"Kurt, why are you showing me this?"
"Just watch, Blaine." Kurt started the video, and then sat back down on the bed. He smirked as the music started, the on-screen Kurt started to sing, and Blaine's mouth fell open. If he hadn't known any better, he would have said that Blaine's eyes turned a shade darker.
Kurt mouthed the words and quietly sang along, but Blaine didn't notice. He was too enraptured by the Kurt on screen, dancing around in-were those 10-inch heels?
The music ended, and Kurt had to spin Blaine's chair around. His face would have been laughable were his stare not so intense. Blaine gulped.
"Not to say that I didn't enjoy that, but why exactly did you show it to me?"
Kurt chuckled a little. "Remember that day in the coffee shop? You said that you weren't very good at romance."
Blaine nodded, his mouth still a little open.
"And so," Kurt almost whispered, leaning in so his breath ghosted over Blaine's face, "I'm implying that I want your bad romance." He stood up and turned around, sashaying out of the room slowly.
Blaine was still in shock from the video, and distracted by how Kurt's hips were swaying as he walked out. He realized what had just happened, and rushed to the door. Kurt was already halfway down the hallway.
"Kurt, will you go to dinner with me?" he called hopefully.
Kurt's laugh echoed down the hallway as he blew a kiss to Blaine.
"Should I take that as a yes?"
