Echosong passed Frecklewish another bundle, the second and final one
The young medicine cat nipped the sack and passed it to Leafstar
Leafstar copied Sharpclaw and licked the fur of the golden tabby she-kit

Sharpclaw carried the tom-kit to Cherrytail
Leafstar carried the she-kit to Cherrytail
They began to suckle
Leafstar, Echosong, and Frecklewish gave them their privacy
Sharpclaw was amazed by his family
He curled protectively in front of his mate
What should we name them?
Sharpclaw inspected the kits
Spiderkit for the tom because of his long, skinny tail
And Sunkit for the she-kit because her pelt is brighter than the sun
Sharpclaw stared into Cherrytail's eyes
He loved her so much
